We walked in paid to eat, the counter was bare. The remaining pizzas out on the counter were old and dry. We asked J shift manager if they were going to fill the counter. He said it was a slow day, and the pizza out on the bare counter was fresh. Asked if they were going to fill the counter with fresh, they weren't. Asked for the managers number and shift manager J refused to provide number. Owner Jesse Davis do better. Shame on you. Will never be back. Avoid this place at all cost.

You know what to expect, and this did not disappoint. Good salad, soup, noodles with sauce, and a variety of pizza, not to mention as much as you want.

You have to wait five minutes before any pizza is put on buffet. Irving location beltline.

Worst CiCi’s I’ve ever gone to. We’ve came here a few times, with little issues, but this last time the older man (possibly manager) working the cash register tried to force us into buying the large drink with our buffets. Mind you a large drink is half the price of the buffet, ridiculous. I kept explaining I want the regular size as we don’t need a large, but he refused to allow us to get one. He was rude and I wouldn’t advise anyone to come to this location. Food was fine, service is terrible and overpriced.

I usually come to this location as it is nearest to me. There is an older Hispanic gentleman there who may be the mgr that seems to have a problem when we come in and use the coupons offered on the website which is good for up to 4 people. There were 3 adults, one 6 yr old and two toddlers under 3 yrs. The coupon was for 4 of us and the 2 toddlers were supposed to be free I thought. Every other time we’ve gone, we were told kids under 3 were free. First he only charged 3 of us the coupon price and then charged the 6 yrs old the regular kid price and also charged the 2 toddlers. Every time we go, the pizza bar/ pasta bar looks half empty and they try to keep the old stale pizza there and won’t replace w fresh ones until old ones are gone. They will literally make fresh pizza and will keep it until the old pizza is gone so we just sit there until they put the fresh pizza (which is now not as fresh) out. The Alfredo sauce needs some work becuase sometimes it is too thick. The mgr needs to have better customer and maybe cheer up and not look so upset all the time. The kids that work that there are really nice.
Worst Cicis in DFW. The only time I have been told no when requesting a pizza for the buffet was here. On top of that, the old man with the hat mocked me after I sat down.

Worse place ever I bought my 3 year old here after her having such a bad day to play and eat some pizza! The food that was out wasn’t even anything someone would eat! It seems as if this is a culture environment (they only care for their own race)! My baby couldn’t wash her hands there was no soap in the bathroom! I at least wanted my baby to enjoy her favorite thing pizza and games they came and said they was closing early had no reason at all it was 9pm and we had just got in around 8:15! They closed the buffet at 9pm that was even more ridiculous! I spent 30 dollars and really should have requested my money back! To have my baby joy ripped away from her after I worked all day to make the money to bring her here and here going to the doctor really really make me very very angry!!!!!!!!! This was my baby first time going to CiCi not to mention we are from out of town! Bad experience angry parent???????? the money is not the issue the fact that they rushed my baby to enjoy herself is the reason I will be taking this very far. I hope you guys enjoy your experience more and bless your heart if you are not of their complexion!!!

One of the cooks (the older Hispanic gentleman) saw me reaching for cheese bread that had been out for a while and told me to wait a minute or two because he was about to put out fresh ones. So nice! And the fresh ones were bangin’ :)
