Of all the cinnaholic locations I’ve been to, I’ll never return to this one. I ordered the biscoff cinnamon roll, very berry, and an old school one. I didn’t receive a biscoff cookie on my cinnaamon roll and not a single one was heated. They were all cold. The service was okay but I’ve had better for sure. How it should look vs what I got! This is my cinnamon roll when checking it in the parking lot. I got 2 cookie crumbles

From the moment I walked in at 6:30pm on 8/16/25 I felt like I had just interrupted the two young ladies working. One stayed on her computer while the other one used minimal words (while yawning often) to point at the menu on the a board to help this (I self disclosed first time and last time customer)
We walked into your Irving location yesterday and the smell of cleaning fluid was so strong you couldn't smell anything else. Your eyes actually hurt. We walked into no one behind the counter, we stood there and she finally came out and said NOTHING. We looked at the menu and she walked back into the back. Between the smell and shitty service I will be calling corporate. To your reply the smell was Fabuloso cleaner. It was not the nail salon.

The employee ( I believe her name is Dabrion) that was the name on the receipt had absolutely no customer skill what so ever. The 1st issue was we paid with cash she didn’t inform his that she didn’t have change until after she cashed us out. We let it slide, however the next order we ordered bread bites, she waited to until after she made it put it in the bag and then told me that they were out, she didn’t offer anything else. I had to explained that I was charged so could I get something else. It was overall not a good experience
