This was, without a doubt, the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any Cold Stone Creamery. The guy behind the counter wasn’t just rude—he visually assaulted me with his glares and contempt for every single request I made. My poor kid was just trying to customize an ice cream, and this arrogant, self-absorbed employee couldn’t even pretend to care. He acted like serving us was beneath him. The place itself is filthy—sticky counters, grimy floors, and a general stench of neglect. If you value your time, your mood, or your stomach, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this disgusting excuse for an ice cream shop.

Love, love, love, cold Stone, and every time I’ve been in there all of the people are so nice. They are great people and I go there pretty often and I get a cold stone birthday cake all the time and this is one of my favorite locations and one of the only locations that I go to in Dallas so I really like them here And I like some ice cream bye lol

We always do orders on the app for this location and EVERY SINGLE TIME we show up to pick up our order, “we can’t make this” “we don’t have that”, somehow the new Oreo taco is “discontinued” already-but all of these items are on your app. They were NEVER able to make the lucky charms, banana pudding, or the rootbeer flavors. Anytime they have something other than what is on their usual menu, they can’t do it. Not to mention every time we go inside, the young girls are on their phones and look like they’d rather be anywhere but here. We will not be patronizing this store anymore. **And now that we are home with a pickup order, already having to substitute the things we ordered, what we DID order is completely wrong as well. We will be calling for a refund. How hard is it to make ice cream.

Avoid this location if at all possible. Horrible experience. Out of waffle cones, waffle bowls. Pineapple, mango and banana on a Wednesday at 1:00pm.

These workers have no idea what customer service is. It took them 35 minutes to get through 3 customers. They didn't have cones. No brownie. No hair net. AND no sense of urgency for a crowded line. We got a pint and for the price I was not impressed with the quality. We came excited for a date night treat and left too tired to even eat the ice cream. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
The hours listed on Google Maps indicate that the business closes at 10:00 PM. However, the doors were locked by 9:20 PM today, with staff inside pretending not to see me. Management seems indifferent, as evidenced by poor reviews with no change in service. The understaffing causes long queues and waits, and workers must also handle Uber Eats orders. I will delete this review if I misunderstood the timing. I feel bad for the workers, who are overworked.
