First time ever here and all we can say is, Why is this not open in the Houston area?!?!! (Cypress please!). We were in town for a concert and just happened to find CAPT when looking to make a reservation. Soooooooo glad I found it. All four of us fell in love. The Pig Pizza was amazing! The crust was absolutely perfect, may be the best pizza we've ever had. Our friends had the Veggie on Cauliflower crust and said it was terrific...but after trying our Pig pizza, they also agreed the crust was amazing and prob the best they've had. The HH Old Fashioned was delicious! It wad a perfect balance of sweet, sour, bourbon. The artisan tonic water they used in the voda-tonic made all the difference apparently cause it was just soo smooth and tasty. Everything we had was fantastic. And not to be left out, the service was outstanding. From hostess stand to waiter to bartenders, top notch. Pleeeeeeease open one in Cypress! This is a must have,, anytime we are up in the Las Colinas area from now on.
Nice little walk from our hotel (Omni) and the Toyota Music Center. Great food and drink. Simple menu with wood fired options. Starters and waiter recommendations were awesome.

My family and I had just arrived from a week trip in New York City. Needed a proper meal before heading home. I found this spot while in New York and it did not disappoint. Absolutely amazing food. Our hostess Marie was friendly and polite. Our waiter Omar was an absolute gem. Knew the food and how to properly pair with a proper drink. All the suggestions were a hit. Make sure you order the pork chop followed by the Mexican chocolate cake.
Omar, thank you.

My friends and I recently dined at this restaurant, and unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with our server(Valerie). From the moment we sat down, she seemed uninterested and dismissive toward us, unlike how she interacted with other tables. It was clear that she didnât take us seriously, possibly because we are younger customers. Our service was slow, and she was unfriendly throughout the meal. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable, which really took away from the experience. Good service should be given to all customers, regardless of age. Hopefully, management addresses this issue.

Moyii did an absolutely spectacular job taking care of us. Everything we ordered was delicious, and made with love. We started with an excellent espresso martini, a perfect old fashioned, and then a lovely Washington Sav Blanc. My husband had the fish tacos, and Moyii offered many sauce alternatives because he couldn't have the dairy in the usual sauce. I crafted my own perfect meal of a shrimp appetizer special, and the unique and yummy peanut coleslaw. I asked Moyii to surprise me with a dessert/drink combination of her choosing. She definitely nailed it with the tres leches and espresso martini pairing. Shout out to the kitchen. All the food was beautiful and done with exceptional care. Great job, team!

My husband and I are here visiting from Florida for our anniversary. We came by your restaurant to enjoy some brunch with our new baby before flying out today. We were sat and the front staff was very polite and asked us if we wanted a sling for our baby carrier. They set it up for us and we continued to dine. The manager Dani (we were told this was her name) came through the restaurant with a plate and had trouble getting by. She yelled at the front staff and us with a terrible tone âIâm going to have to ask you guys to move thisâ and then told the front staff âcan you move this out of the walkwayâ ⊠same terrible tone. There were other paths she couldâve taken and definitely a different tone and verbiage so we didnât feel unwelcome.
The food was great. The atmosphere also wonderful. The front staff was nice as well. As another professional, I think you need to make her aware of proper etiquette for the future guests.
