I've been trying to find a place to study after seeing that the south Irving library has been having issues with homeless people. This place has a cozy atmosphere, plenty of comfortable seating, has an indoor playground for kids to play while moms study, affordable drinks, the list goes on... so glad I found this place. They have plenty of options for drinks though I don't know if they're the best (I'm not a huge coffee drinker) but it's still so convenient. This place is amazing!

Great place to work not crowded or too noisy. Other customers were considerate and used their inside voices which I know Cuppa can't completely control that but the customers here understand others are trying to work or study etc which is why this is now my choice of place to work. The pricess are also reasonable for their coffee etc.

Absolutely love this coffeeshop! Me and my classmates always go here for two years now and their drinks are so yummy and affordable. My fav coffeeshop in Dallas for sure. It is so spacious with outlets and extension cords everywhere. My only thing is there is one barista who has looks like she hates working there (she works everyday) and always has an attitude with customers. She's not the nicest and her drinks are only okay, I would ask for latte art and it would be a white blob, not sure why she works so much since she looks unhappy. The owner man, however, makes delicious drinks and you know your coffee will be fantastic when he makes it, he is very sweet and we love when he is working.

Love this place! The nicest staff, always happy to make your favorite beverage however you want it. A very peaceful atmosphere. Not all hazelnut lattes are created equal, Cuppa’s is top tier, by far the best!
My favorite place to come for some quiet time. I love that it’s spaced out. They also have a section near the register with tables that are more close together. Chai and cookies latte was delicious ?

I was on my back from DFW and wanted some coffee, I did not realize I was going to a church (the coffee shop is independently owned). The coffee was really good and the setting amazing (see pic)! I would certainly hang out here often if I lived around here ?.
