Visiting a place serving food you have never try before, should be an opportunity for that restaurant to guide through the menu. That never happened, in the contrary our server seemed to not understand that. My wife's food was literally cold, when making a reference in that regards to our server, she replied " you should have let me know earlier ". I plainly ask for my food to be heated up.

If I could give 0 stars I surely would .Horrible customer service, waiter clueless on how to take an order. That's in English and Spanish spoken. The cook refusing to cook food the right Peruvian way, we had to send back our food more than once and the cook had horrible attitude, saying for us to order something else instead of fixing the actual issue. Which honestly was simple things to be fix. One of the guest in our party is vegetarian and all she asked was for a saltado de chicken not to have chicken or put the chicken on the side. They brought her dry fries and rice to the table with no saltado and they said they could not fix it. Also the lomo they served us was cold and stale and when we tried to send back, we were told by the cook/owner to order something else, when asked why , they didn't want to give a reason .We waited about 25 minutes for the order to be remade and after asking twice waiter said you won’t get anything remade ,the owner refused to cook the Lomo saltado again nor gave other meal option .Totally disappointing, waste of time, and money and horrible customer service .Visiting from CA and was hopeful to have a new Peruvian restaurant to look forward to coming when visiting Texas but sadly this place completely sucked, lacks everything.IF you know what real Peruvian food is ,you'll know this place is a joke of a Peruvian restaurant. They treat people like trash .Btw their “causa” is a RED freezing cold tasteless mashed potatoes in ball shape ,all Peruvians know there is no causa that looks in any way red.Update !! on the response below.Nothing but a bunch of lies. if lying is how you get your business going then that's sad.Be honest, admit you were at fault. This is not the first review on this app for any restaurant, when it's good we recommend it when it's bad, we are honest. We don't just stand at the cashier while your waiter is lying to your customers telling them their order will be remade and make them wait 30 minutes to later tell them no nothing will be remade. If food is cold and stale, future customers need to know. If it's sent back because you "encourage" to send back food if order is not done right and you refuse to remake or give a second option, future customers need to know.(only one lomo sent to the table)If the owner refuses to speak to the customer when an order is wrong and hides instead then future customers need to know. You don't have an honest business, surprisingly now you have time to respond with an essay, but not when your customer wanted to speak to you, that’s bad customer service, everybody needs to know.If this response was written by the “owner” and supposedly you were not there, how is it that you know the attitude your staff had towards their customers. You don’t make sense. Get your story right.Nice try !

It was okay. The food was good. I typically do not like restaurants where banquet chairs and a bunch of 4 top tables are thrown into a space and then called the dining room. We did not appreciate being told that there would be a cost for a side order. Of course there is a cost. Was the waitress trying to talk us out of it or was an assumption/judgement being made that we were going to try and get something for free.

Nothing to say... other than the good dishes they have there. The only thing that would improve would be the soup. (It felt a little tasteless but otherwise good seasoning)
