This is unacceptable are you guys trying to get people sick? On 12/22/2025 at 2:12pm we ordered 2 #8 chicken strips i ordered on doordash with buy one get one free. The number to call is not available for restaurant to address this serious health violation to management. I am highly dissatisfied and don't recommend this location to anyone. It seems as employees do not care for the food safety.

This facility is not clean I saw a roach crawling out kitchen . The manager Areli seems very unprofessional. She was talking to what seems a teenager with an attitude and she was making the teenager feel bad . If you are a manager you’re supposed to lead not be mean to children. Do not go to this establishment.

Ive called this store multiple times to issue me a refund for my order that was placed online and due to it being canceled I was told to contact them for a solution. I proceeded to call multiple times for the line to keep disconnecting immediately and no call back whatsoever. That is highly unprofessional and now I have wasted money with no way to get it back.

When we first got there Michael the cashier greeted us and was funny, friendly and quick and knowledgeable. But when the food came out the burrito didnt have the onions we asked for. So we went back and asked for them and they did give us some. Then there were no forks. Also the burrito was ice cold inside. Not sure how a deep fried burrito is that cold inside. The taco shells were stale. But I just dumped them out and ate it like a salad and that part was good. We never go back up and complain because we arent complainers but the food wasnt the best. Service was awesome, place was clean, atmosphere was good. Only problems were the ones I mentioned above.

This location has very bad customer service. This is the second time I have been going, and they’re rude to me at the drive-thru. This last time I went, the young lady at the drive-thru kept rushing me through my order. When I pulled up to the window, she was being rude and when I got all my items I had ordered, I asked her for her name since she didn’t have a name tag on, and she asked why I needed her name and I told her because she was being disrespectful, and she told me it wasn’t her, so I told her to give me the name of the employee who had taken my order, and she proceeded to tell me that they weren’t allowed to give out their name. This location needs to train their employees better on how to give better customer service. I will no longer return here. I would rather drive 7 miles to the location in Euless since they offer better service than this location.

Employees were rude and unhelpful. We pointed out that they had charged us for lettuce and tomato on a burger that came with it and to fix the mistake, the manager came over and thrust the $.75 in coins at my husband and slammed the drive thru window closed, keeping our receipt. We didn’t even want the money back, just wanted to point out what was happening so it wouldn’t happen to others. They piled so much on top of our burgers they were flat. Won’t be back.

I came tonight with my family to try the new Dr Pepper barbecue patty melt and it was dry. Iasked for more sauce and they said I couldn't any and they couldn't sell me any. I also ordered a banana split and I asked if they can add nuts on top of it and they wanted to charge me $1.38. I was very upset because I spent $42 here tonight and the sweet tea tasted old and they didn't have any Dr Pepper.
The servers are awesome, professional and friendly.

Went to DQ thinking I was going to enjoy a classic Taco Salad....boy was I wrong. This taco in a big shell is what the manager said passes for a taco salad. Mind you, I live near by and had the same thing a week ago. Did not look this sad to say the least. Quality has gone downhill but guess that's what is expected when you have a bunch of folks that don't care what they put out. I'd be embarrassed if this was my restaurant.
