Went to DQ thinking I was going to enjoy a classic Taco Salad....boy was I wrong. This taco in a big shell is what the manager said passes for a taco salad. Mind you, I live near by and had the same thing a week ago. Did not look this sad to say the least. Quality has gone downhill but guess that's what is expected when you have a bunch of folks that don't care what they put out. I'd be embarrassed if this was my restaurant.

I’ve been seeing commercials for the new summer blizzard menu non-stop all weekend. The mixing bowl mashup looked like it was worth a try. I ordered a large and after waiting almost 5 minutes, was handed a large cup that was about 2/3 full and looked NOTHING like it does on the commercials. I asked her to fill it up, as I paid for a large, not a medium. Another 3 minutes later, was handed a cup that was 3/4 full and the only thing added was vanilla ice cream. It was terribly disappointing and I will not ever visit this Dairy Queen again.

Late night treats that were made right. Ice cream with all the good stuff. They did not skimp.
Messed up my whole order. Gave me burnt onion rings. I ordered the reaper tacos and they gave me regular tacos. The soda machine was out of half the drinks.

I came to this location in my route home. 1. I ask for extra piece of toast they didn’t give it to me had to back in and get it 2. I ordered a 4 piece steak finger basket open the box I could how many fries I had on both hands again had to take back in come back to eat steak fingers and they where horrible my whole meal just needed to be thrown in the trash exactly how feel my money did I will never eat at this location again and the cook couldn’t speak English. It’s just nerve wrecking cause everything is expensive and they’re not consistent when preparing our food.

Ordered a banana split at the Dairy Queen on Airport Freeway in Irving, TX and… they forgot the bananas. Not sure how that even happens—kind of the most basic part of a banana split, right? No apology, no fix, just handed it over like everything was fine. Really disappointing experience for something so simple.
