Obviously new folks learning jobs but they still need to be friendly to customers. A smile goes a long way towards making people feel welcome and to coming back. Tables not wiped down and drink area needed to be straightened up and wiped down. We bussed our own table but we do that everywhere in an effort to lighten the load on folks.

I went to the DQ on Airport Frwy. I used the drive thru. It was around 7:30 pm.i. I ordered the $7 meal deal. I asked for a burger, fries, drink, and sundae. I received chicken fingers. They were room temperature, as were the fries. The drink and sundae were good.

A couple of days back, I had a small hot fudge sundae here. It was good. So I came back here with my daughter and ordered two hot fudge sundaes earlier today. Unfortunately, they substituted hot fudge with some other chocolate sauce, and it did not taste good at all.I am not sure if they ran out of hot fudge and substituted it with any other chocolate sauce. If this was the case I wish they had at least told us upfront.

Food is still good, but counter service has gone way downhill from when this location opened, the young man didn't seem very interested in taking our Order or bring salt-pepper and napkins when he brought food to

Just went to this location. I wasn’t able to order on the app so I went inside. I wanted the Hunger Buster buy one get one for $.99 which is currently on the app (I’m looking at it as I write this review), the girl said they didn’t have it anymore. I asked for the corporate phone number (just so I can find out why corporate is allowing this to show up on the app yet it’s not available) and she gave me some baloney number that I called many times and it just rings and then silence. I went back inside I told them that and they were just laughing acting weird so I told these low level people (normally I wouldn’t call people low-level because I think every job is amazing and we should be appreciative of what we have but when you lie to people and play games with them that makes you low-level) to just forget it and I just took a picture. I will find out the number for corporate myself since they refuse to be helpful.

I’ve frequented plenty of Dairy Queen’s simply cause I love their tacos and jalito strips. I stopped at this location cause it’s new and it wasn’t busy, nobody was in the drive-thru or inside. Got my normal, tacos and jalito strips. I’ve never known the taco meat to be greasy/watery. As soon as I got my food I opened it to eat on the way home. My tacos tasted like the smell of the sewer and the taco shells were soft and falling apart. So all my meat ended up in the bottom of the box and my jalito strip was burnt. My husband's gravy was very watery as well, the gravy is typically thick and the tea tastes old, my husband said it tasted like pickle tea ??. So I guess just because it’s a new location doesn’t mean it’s going to be good. This was horrible and next time I know to just keep driving past this one and find another one to eat at. 0 out of 10 I do not recommend this location. Considering you weren't busy food should have been prepared properly and fresh, time is all y'all had. ?

I don't leave comments often but I came here to to give props to the staff. Over the past 5 years I randomly stop in, usually when I have a blizzard craving. It doesn't matter if I go through the drive thru, dine in or grab it and go, the customer service and hospitality is ALWAYS expectional. What is even more refreshing is that 100% of the staff I have encountered at this location seem to be high school age, definitely no older than early 20's. So if you are a parent of a young adult that has worked at this location over the past 5 years, kudos to you. You have raised a very respectful, hard working son or daughter. The negative post I see about this location, all seem food related. My comment based on my experiences here is the food is DQ quality so if your expectation is quality other that the norm at a DQ don't go to a DQ.

Food was awful. Just slapped together!!! COLD!!!! Fries were STIFF from sitting there so long. I wrote to Corporate for a full refund. They won't do anything. They just keep telling me that the franchise owner will be in touch. Ha!!!! This was over 10 days ago!!!!!!!!!
