What a great restaurant find, we have been her twice now and enjoyed beautifully presented, generous, tasty meals. Service fantastic and close in the suburbs. More locals should now about this wonderful meeting place.

Very authentic Filter Coffee. Didn’t expect this much authenticity from this place, but it’s really good. I didn’t even get this much good filter coffee from Saravana bhavan too. For sure this filter coffee is a stress buster. The girl at the counter is welcoming and good too.

Good place
My girlfriend and I ate here today and it was some of the worst service we've ever experienced. We were really excited to try this spot out, their menu and photos of food looked fantastic online. The experience was really terrible, I don't like to leave negative reviews but Dawn to Dusk needs to hear this feedback and make improvements. We each ordered a breakfast meal and a beverage, we also ordered a pastry to snack on while we waited. First off, the ordering system has got to be the most inefficient option. You take a laminated menu, circle what you want, and walk it back up to the front where you have to explain what you circled. Why not just tell the front counter want you want in the first place?Second issue, we ordered teas and a pastry as well as the food. The food took ages to come out, it came out at vastly different times, and we reminded of our drinks numerous times but we still managed to finish our meals before our drinks were made. The pastry was literally in a glass box on the counter and it was the last thing we got rather than the first. Further we had to remind the woman behind the counter what we ordered at every possible junction. Really poor experience.Third issue and the biggest problem for me. I am a patient person and understanding of understaffing, I worked in food service for several years, I get it. What is not acceptable is lying. After we finished our meals and had not so much as even seen the employee walk to the barista station in what felt like forever (realistically maybe 20-30 min) I asked for the drinks and pastry to be refunded if they hadn't been made yet. I was told they just needed to be mixed/poured into a cup and would be ready in 1 minute. I asked once again "Have they already been made?" and was told yes. This was a bold faced lie, I watched the woman go behind the counter and take several minutes per drink to prepare them from scratch. We just wanted to leave and get on with our day, I would've been much happier with a refund for the product that hadn't even been prepared yet and it would've saved her time too. Finally at the end we received our drinks (I'm not trying to be insensitive but i have to be honest, they were not made very well and we ended up disposing of them shortly after.) and the cherry on top was we had to remind ANOTHER time for our pastry, which had been sitting there in the glass case the entire time we were there. In conclusion, this place has potential but it needs a lot of training and some more staffing to reach it. The dosa was really nice, the presentation on the plate was nice, we liked the atmosphere, there were plenty of positives that got us in the door. However, I do not intend on eating in ever again. Please train your staff better. They were stressed and ill prepared to manage the establishment while at only about 40% capacity. I don't believe there was any ill intention but they were honestly inept.

The customer service was very friendly and helpful. I am giving a 4 rating because the dosa was very cold when it arrived and crumbled to pieces when I started to eat it. The crispy softness and flexible pulling part of eating a fresh warm dosa was not present. The rest of the stuff was good.

For the price we pay we expect the quality. Ordered a chicken thalapakattu combo and paid $17. For that price I felt the quantity was less and possibly sufficient for one person. They missed the parotta in the pack (later had to check and confirm). Now the quality, the rice was good but the chicken piece was semi cooked. It was raw inside and it wasn’t marinated properly (raw meat smell). Next the side dish, chicken 65 was very hard looks like over cooked. Overall for the price we pay would expect to get some quality plus quantity considering the reviews we see on the google.

Hyderabadi chicken biryani and samosas were good and the cold and hot coffee were really tasty. Love it. Would consider coming back.
