The ladies that work at the front, absolutely ridiculous. Don’t know how to do their job the most disrespectful people ever the night manager couldn’t even understand me. I highly would not recommend it because they literally try to scam me. The OWER is just as disrespectful and dishonest I had to call my bank to report them for charging my card more then what was on my receipt

I should’ve turned around when I walked in and it was completely empty. I only came in because it was directly across from the first disappointment. I paid $8.99 for the sandwich then an extra $1 tho chop it up, lol. The meat was dry and the bun was greasy, go figure. I WILL NEVER AGAIN!!! As long as Spring Creek is right down the street and these people run this establishment. I’d rather go to the Dickies in Grand Prairie than to EVER come to this one again. I’ll add a photo of the sandwich when I get home from work because I definitely didn’t eat but 2 bites.

Very bad experience coming to this place, from customer service to the food. I ordered a baked potato with chili and it was completely cold. When I asked for it to be reheated, it was handed back to me with a bad attitude. Manager, you should choose your staff more carefully.

Absolutely fab service at Dickey’s BBQ! Staff was super friendly and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The brisket was smoky and tender, the pulled pork full of flavor, and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone good. Loved the jalapeño beans and mac & cheese on the side — total comfort food. Everything was fresh, hot, and served with a smile. Definitely coming back!
