I was hoping for a really good dinner. Unfortunately that's not what I got tonight. The meat (brisket and BBQ) was pretty good. The BBQ beans came from a can with the flavor drained out. The potatoes in the potato salad were not all cooked all the way. We had to wait on the mac and cheese to be cooked. I'm not sure how fresh Mac and cheese isn't hot when it arrives at the table. Customer service in this place is lacking. Fortunately I don't live nearby, so it's pretty easy to say that I'll never return.

Food was good. Bought 1 pound of brisket ($27/pound) and some sausage (5.99/quarter pound). The brisket was a little dry to our taste, sausage was good. No extras provided (ie bread) when ordering meat only for carryout. The restaurant is in the middle of the strip mall, so you do have to search for it. It is a very busy mall area, so drive carefully.

I came in this place I asked for the three meat plate with the two sides I wanted a veggie plate they said they didn't have that no more so I asked him can I have three small sides extra and they did not put it in my bag they just made the three meat plate with the two sides with one extra side and I still end up paying $40 I most definitely will not be back

These guys have the best Dickey’s meats ever! The staff was very professional and the atmosphere was on point. We bought about 12lbs of assorted meats and they all had great flavor and juicy. These guys take pride in what they do and it shows. I will be back often.

We ordered via Uber Eats to the aloft hotel. I’m not going to comment on the delivery. The food was a 4 out of 5 BUT they included no cutlery. We orders the loaded large baked potatoes and a side of beans. Every delivery should include cutlery! Also the establishment does not have a section on their Uber eats platform for special instructions to the restaurant (there is only one for the delivery driver) and the ads for the deserts have no expanded information on the items nor do the ads for the “Yellow” cups have specifications on the ounces of each size to make an accurate selection.There is a large space for improvement in relation to customer experience when placing an order.

I got a qtr. lb sliced beef. It's a little pricey, but what restaurant in this country isn't anymore.
Food was great, as usual. However, $7.00 for a pint of spicy BBQ sauce seemed alittle pricy.
