Cafeteria style restaurant serving Bar-B-Q. The food was okay. The pulled pork was pretty fatty and greasy and the turkey looked like deli pressed turkey meat, not turkey breast. The sides I chose were okay but nothing to write home about. The Bar-B-Q sauce was great! I also really enjoyed the offer of warm Bar-B-Q sauce.

This was a bad time for me to come here. My rib plate was very dry and hard. The ribs had no flavoring or seasoning. I have had excellent Dickys ribs but not here. This was the worst ribs that I have ever had. Also I was the only one to dine in. There 3 dirty tables. That not what I want to see while I am eating. I won't be back to this place.

Was in town for a conference and preordered my food here at 9 am. for pickup at 6:30 pm. When I walked in to pick it up at 6:35 pm nothing was ready or done. I wouldn’t have scheduled a time if I wanted to just come in and pick it up. A word of warning for those ordering through the web site - you are better off just walking in and ordering. What a waste of my time!

Been there a few times after work when I didn't want to cook.The food is decent and the staff is friendly. Never busy at the times I visit (around 4:30PM). So it's an end/out thing for me.

People are nice, the man who may happen to be the manager was nice it’s just the food was not hot, but even warm, it was room temperature and the tenders we got tonight the oil may have needed to be changed, I’m not sure over all disappointing experience … I just wish the food was hot and tastier ….

In the state of Texas, how is Dickey's even a legal operating entity when you have so much BBQ that's infinitely better within a similar traveling distance?Received lunch for work, ordered a 3 meat plate with brisket, chicken and turkey. The turkey was ok, moist and not too bad. Chicken was incredibly dry and the brisket is offensively bad. Ordered potatoes au gratin... I guess mashed and au gratin is the same according to Dickey's. Roll was decent, mainly because it's likely made elsewhere.

The price of the daily special (in this instance ribs) has gone up, they removed the drink, AND they removed the picture so you don't realize the lack of the drink until you get to the cashier.I'm addition, the ice cream machine doesn't look like it has worked for a long time.Lower benefit + higher price = sad customer
