ordered online and after 2 hour i had to call to cancel the order. I tried to call an hour in, they didn't pick up and sent me straight to hold, called back and was asked to wait, when i asked how long they ignored me and sent me straight to voicemail. finally i was able to aske how much longer it would take, they said 15 more minutes. after an hour i just gave up. worst experience ever, it wasn't even a busy time since the order was place on a Monday morning. the restaurant was 8 minutes away from my location

If I could give a 0 I would. So I wanna start off by saying I have ordered from this location a few times since moving back to Irving, but tonight, oh god was it the most horrible customer service I have ever received in my whole life. Let’s start at the beginning now. I placed my order around 9:47pm on the mobile app and it said it would only take 27 minutes. I was constantly checking the tracker til I noticed I made a mistake and the order wasn’t on the way yet; I had an old number on my profile, so they didn’t have my updated number.
I called the store @ 10:14pm, I spoke to the “manager” is what she claimed, and she assured me the driver would knock on my door, so of course, I rest assured, and another 27 minutes go by. At this time it’s 10:41pm, so I decided to call the store again. At this point they tell me that the driver brought my order back and that someone that wasn’t even apart of my household told him that they never ordered pizza, yet it was already paid for. Never once was my door knocked on which I confirmed with my neighbor, the lady on the phone was really rude with me when I was only swearing about the fact it had been a hour without receiving food and I was being told it was brought back. At this point I was beyond upset, I said I would call corporate and not to worry about it.
I then decided to drive up there being it was only 2 miles down the road and I confronted the situation head on. I walked in the store probably around 10:50pm and asked for a manager and the lady at the front said she was the manager; I do want to state this is the same lady I spoke too on the phone. She lied to me about talking to me on the phone and then proceeded to get the driver involved. I asked the driver to his face if he knocked on my door and he said yes!!!!! That was a complete lie, but it gets even worse. At this point I ask them what are we going to do about this to make it right, and I pretty much had to tell them, either remake my food FRESH, or give me a refund, they gave me a refund without asking me what I would like to do and then proceeded to tell me that I said I wanted a refund. I then argued with all three of them telling them what I said multiple times and they handed me a refund receipt and told me that was my food. I looked at them and told them it wasn’t and at this point I told them I needed my food for the fact I had to come up there, and they basically told me they were refusing me service. At this point I questioned back to them saying yall are refusing me service? They replied yes, I told them I needed my food, again, and at this point they said so now you’re trespassing and refusing to leave, and I replied back stating what you’re going to call the cops on me, they said yes if I didn’t leave and pretty much proceeded to call me BROKE BECAUSE I WAS CRYING OVER $40. It’s not about “crying”, it’s about principle, and the fact I left that establishment without it being made right is what irks me. Please review the cameras on the incident that happened on July 6th, 2025 @ 10:50pm-11pm. This is the most unprofessional establishment of DOMINOS I have ever dealt with after tonight I really hope I can be directly reached out too by that ladies higher up because this situation needs to be resolved. This most inhumane thing you can call a person just trying to eat!!!!!! I will be calling in the morning because at this point I almost want to press civil action for the treatment I received. I am a paying customer; this isn’t RIGHT!!!
Update: Will updated once fully resolved, so far I have been refunded and credited, but the employees actions were uncalled for, I will continue to order dominos but not this location until different employees work there.

The general manager is absolutely rude and very unprofessional. i’ve called in for the second time with the same issue. I went in store for a carryout order and the next day was charged extra money. The first time it was only $4 dollars. This time it was $10 which is absolutely insane. I didn’t add a tip or anything why should I have to if I’m picking up my own order so I called in and spoke with her she said she was unsure and it had to have been the manager the night before being careless and just charging Everybody. I began to get upset and told her that is some fraudulent things that are going on at that store, I’ve been to multiple pizza places and never had an issue like this before. She said she was unsure. I could understand it happening one time but twice is a little insane. I wonder how many other people that they’re taking money from and nobody’s paying attention. That’s absolutely insane and terrible that they’re stealing money from their customers and the general manager was there yesterday when she handed me my order. We were on the phone for almost 30 minutes before she was able to resolve my problem and refund me back my $10. It’s not just the money. It’s the fact that they take it upon themselves. And think it’s OK to steal from their customers. I know I’m not the only one it’s happening to Just nobody’s paying attention and they’re getting away with it That’s what sad and when I asked for her name after she refunded the money, she hung up on me. I began to call back several times they answered and kept hanging up the phone, obviously trying to cover it up and doesn’t want anybody to know what’s going on if I was you guys I would definitely check my bank statements. It just doesn’t make sense. I understand if I was placing an order for delivery, but I didn’t. I went inside to pick up my own order, there should be no reason why you’re being charged extra money. Everyone be careful this general manager here very unprofessional so sad. I will never come to this Domino’s again. attached to photos just to show how it was done

I have always oder from here in the pass 10 years and they have always deliver to my house and I just called about 10 mins ago and was told that they don’t deliver in my area. This girl there had me calling the other one and told me they don’t deliver my area. I’ve been calling now for the past 10 mins and no answer at all…. If the manager can fix this and if they can train employees better
I order online and looks like was missing some items so gentleman state would re make to correct order. I am observing the pizza maker in the back he is cleaning one of command centers with water also has a trash can near the ingredients believe that's called Cross contamination. as I observe the employee making sure he washes his hands he doesn't wash hands goes straight to raw doe and going to start making the next order. I said Hey are you not going to wash your hands you were just clean the command center with a dirty towel. he froze and was embarrassed. well just to let you know will not be ordering anything from this location ... horrible work ethnic possible tanning issue ....
Hopefully, we dont get sick, but it was sad to find this in one of the sandwiches. Dont order from here!

DO NOT EVEN TROUBLE YOURSELF TO GO THERE - I ORDERED AT THAT LOCATION AND COOK AND CUSTOMERS SERVICE WERE DEALING DRUGS AT THE SAME TIME THEY TOOK CARE OF CUSTOMERS - they asked for payment in cash for pizza not appropriate -I WILL REPORT TO CORPORATE AND MANAGER WHO IS A FEMALE HAS A PUBLIC RECORD - this place needs to be investigated
Worse service ever! I ordered delivery and they delivered the wrong wings, I called asking for the issue to be resolved and they told me they could only provide me with a coupon because they only had a driver and couldn't deliver the wings again and they said no. So I told them I could go pick them up but I needed to get a discount because I had to drive to the store, they said they couldn't do it because "it does not work that way" those were literatelly her words. I hardly like pizza, but I enjoyed the pizzas made from thus store, so I guess its my lost, because after the service provided, I will not order from here ever again

Absolute garbage food I would not feed a stray dog. Pizza was burnt, garlic bread twist were under cooked, cheesy marinara dip had NO marinara in it. Tater tots had garlic parm. on them even though i asked for none and they were burnt. They answer the phone hello which prompted me to inquire where I was calling. They insisted the dip was correct and I was wrong its how they always make it. I ordered the dip many times and it was nothing like that.

Went to pickup my pizza I ordered, the bill was $8.65 I gave the employee a $10 and she gave me back a dollar. I told her that she owed me 35 cents. She said she did not have change. I asked for my change back but again she said no. I told her that was stealing. She said no it was not, I said when you take something that is not yours that is stealing. I also told her that if I was 35 cents short that they would not give me the pizza. So I told her just to give me my money back and they can keep the pizza. So her and her co-worker made fun of me and laughed at me, because of 35 cents. So customer service sucks at this dominos. And apparently they are teaching the employees to steal. And they are doing a good job. Cause they do not see that keeping money that is not there's, that is stealing.

This place has given my order away on multiple occasions and when I showed up I've had to wait so they can remake my order. The general manager needs to be retrained because she doesn't know customer service one bit. Don't order here.
