I just ordered a pizza from the Uber eats and there was no option for selecting the sauce. So I called them up told that I don't want the red sauce can you switch the sauce if I place an order now they said yes! And then after placing just to confirm I called back up in the next ten seconds of placing the order they were like "no the system doesn't allow it we can't change the sauce". I mean is the system making the pizza or there's an actual person. The manager and everyone was so rude and why the hell did you lie about it before then?When I said I'm gonna leave a review about it he was like yeah you can surely do that but they don't care about customer service at all!So here I am leaving a review and waiting if anybody cares at all or not!

We had to go out so asked the employee if we placed order in store so would it be faster. He agreed. So we placed the order in store. But unfortunately the system charged us extra inspite of using the coupon. While waiting for the order we tried the same order through app and it is $8 less. It’s a small amount but whatever saves money. Greg the general manager was kind enough to help us cancel the old order and place the order through App.

So a lady with a weird voice hung up in my face while ordering a pizza then I ask to speak to the manager he don’t know what’s going on then I ask to speak to his manager he put the phone down then gets on the phone saying he the manger then when I asked his name he say the manager I tell him my name then he says craig or Greg so what I don’t get is why these pizza places in Irving being so extra when u order from them the problem is she tells me the specials then quote me two different prices after telling me it was the same price and when I pointed it out she hung up in my face then I call back she answers and pretend like she someone else but she had a squeaky like voice so I knew it was her and she had me to repeat my order to tell me she’s going to transfer me to the manager, he gets on the phone don’t know what’s going on I mention getting hung up on and passed around I didn’t get no apology no nothing so I asked to speak to his manager he say is the general manager and that’s when he got on the phone thank u for holding I asked for his name he gone say the manager I said ok manager and gives him my name and say and your are then he says um craig or Greg who u can tell he made it up moral of the story who you think going to eat that pizza now when you probably going to do something to it.. yeaaa some people extra and don’t need jobs

One of the pizzas were made wrong. I took it back only to be treated coldly by the girl at the desk and even worse by the manager. No I'm sorry or anything, only that they could remake it, after I called it in to not be late for an appointment and ended up being late anyway. I spent lots of money here but not anymore
