Extremely inefficient and miserable employees .. took 30 mins to prepare in store order and really bad attitude .. unusual for dominos but avoid this store and go to the nearby one

Third time not getting the order correct. Shame on me for giving them another, another chance. Also, who doesn't love getting blackened brownie cookie...

They can't read, make orders wrong and ignore things that you specifically ask for in the order/notes section. Waited more than 1.5 hours to finally get the correct order. Ridiculous.

This is the worst pizza delivery experience I’ve ever had! I placed my order almost 2 and a half hrs ago!! The driver said she couldn’t find the right apartment so she went and took the other delivery order just for her to call back and said she returned my order to the store because she’s off! How unprofessional and rude! I called the store and now they said they refunded my money. We order food for a reason! bc we get hungry! I ordered to feed my kids and here we are STILL NO PIZZA! I’ve called up to the store multiple times and they aren’t answering. Highly disappointed! This gotta be the worst dominos store because I’ve never had this issue! If there were 0 stars I would’ve chose that. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 smh

Terrible customer service . Very rude and unhelpful especially hania. I was told the pizza is 7.99 for pick up and when I came Hania said she can’t give me the offer

My order from Domino’s was not fully accurate today , as the mushroom and black olive toppings were missing from my pizza. I understand mistakes can happen, but I wanted to share this feedback so it can be improved in the future. Thank you

13 years never really had a problem until today. They late. Manager hung up in my ear however he did say thank you. Driver got here i wanted to make sure my food was hot he said it was I said I want to check it then he says I was rude because I mentioned whoever took my call was rude so he told me that I basically assumed he was lying about my food being hot and that I was taking my anger out on him. I told him im about pay for food and tip I dont won't cold food he told me I dont won't your tip so that made me say he might have done something to my food because I asked where my food was and I told him baby I dont won't the food. Then he stood out there side bashing me to my neighbors and said it is what it is. Then pulled up and said is there anything else. I responded again with a God bless ypu baby and he in return said the same to me. I have NEVER been soooo disrespected by a deliver driver in my 57 years. He said he was the only driver and I wasn't the only one that he had to deliver to and I said again I just wanted to check my food to make sure it wasn't cold and to be honest the chicken wings looked waaayyy to wet in certain areas. I usually dont complain God knows I dont however this person knows that you all are short staff and said what he said and did what he did. Horrible services today and I will not be ordering ever again. Blessings

I ordered a Large pizza with Alfredo Sauce, Cheese and some toppings.
But pizza was made with no Alfredo sauce, I really disappointed, never want to go to this restaurant again.

An hour and a half for a delivery is the saddest thing ever. Ordered hours before closing time too so there is 0 excuse. And got no apology, no comped food of any kind. What a pathetic excuse of a pizza place.

I usually got fresh and tasty pizza here. About 20% of the time, the taste was below average, but overall, the service is quick and the pizza quality is generally good.

I accidentally placed order for tomorrow.Spoke to the manager of the store.He managed to deliver it today.Really appreciate their service and this store.Answer to my calls immediately.I truly recommend this store .

Don’t wash their hands while making the order and always missing one or multiple toppings.

Ordered two pizzas. One pizza was fine, but the other had onions when they were specified requested no to be. On the same pizza, they added mushrooms which aren't even on the original speciality pizza.

Do yourself a favor and order from any other location. The manager at this one is absolutely useless.
