Urel is the best delivery driver, he’s well conducted and delivered in a great amount of time. He also gave me some Minecraft tips so he's definitely worth whatever he gets paid and then some. If whoever manages the store sees this, give your boy Urel a promotion. All love and the pizza was good.
The manager Neil was literally touching the food with his dirty hands, I say dirty because he was on his phone prior to doing so. On top of that, he was throwing the food around and was completely ignoring the line that was forming right in front of him. I would go a little further instead of going here.

They always forget everything you ask for. Highly recommend going to another location. They suck here. Listen to the reviews. We’re not lying. I got a delivery and instead of asking me where I’m at after I’ve told them numerous of times they just left with my order. Called the store for a remake. It’s been TWO hours since I have still not gotten anything. But quick to take your money.

They don’t even listen to what customer has to say. Even after repeating ourselves they do not even bother to reply, to such extent that we had to leave the place. Don’t bother coming here. Go to newyork pizza nearby they have great pizza and best customer service.
Dominos Pinpoint is nothing as the commercial perceives. No! Dominos does not deliver to other locations. Pinpoint T is writhing one mile of store! Not cool Dominos

I've been eating pizza from dominos for many years. Never ever had a complaint. I placed an order for two coupon medium pizzas with extra meats , cheese and veggies that we paid extra for. The order was delivered and was wrong. They put my husbands extra cheese on my pizza. I can't tolerate that much cheese all at once. I kept telling my husband that my pizza tasted funny. I felt sick and couldn't finish my pizza had to throw it away. I didn't realize the extra cheese was on my pizza until we started examining our pizzas. I called to place my complaint and I was very nice and so was the person who was helping me. Very accommodating. She said she would make it right and replace our pizzas free of charge. well, this female employee who was "helping me" did not hang her phone up and nor was she aware that I could still hear everything she was saying as well as the other employees. I just listened and could not believe what she said when she thought our conversation was over and that the phone was hung up. I was appalled at what she was saying to other employees that customers have no idea goes on. She goes on to say "well we got our first complaint today" while another employee says who was it? She continues to say "I don't know, some old lady", then she says "I was working last night and I know that order was right". (The order was not right.) I heard when she started coughing. I wondered if her coughing was spreading to someone's pizza order!!! I also wondered just how exactly what they do while making pizzas. I continued to listen to her conversations. I decided that I could no longer eat dominoes pizza in Gainesville Texas because their is no way I could ever know what the employees are really doing with my pizza order after hearing just how the employees act and treat the customer behind closed doors. Btw, I ordered our free pizzas and instead of delivery I went to dominos to personally pickup my free order so I could tell everyone working at the time to pass what I said to the female employee. And how I did not appreciate her actions. I also explained that I may be an old lady but I'm a cool old lady!! And yes, the free order was wrong as well.

Despite what all the reviews said I actually had a really good experience food came quick and order was almost perfect. Always make sure to tip good and ahead of time.

We called in and placed order last night with store employee for a 1/2 Philly cheesesteak and 1/2 double pepperoni pizza. When we received it, the Philly cheesesteak side was fine, but the pepperoni side was totally messed up! It was bare crust - no sauce, no cheese - with pepperoni as well as veggies from the Philly cheesesteak side. It was overcooked, borderline burnt. When we called to complain, the employee told the manager, who said that he made it exactly the way we ordered it! There was no apology, no offer to make it better (partial refund, remake pizza) and when we pressed to speak to the manager we were told that he was busy and we should contact corporate. Need less to say, we will NEVER order from there again.

I was extremely nervous to order from Dominos because the last few times I placed a delivery order, it has been a really bad experience each time; which seems like a very common issue with the amount of poor ratings and reviews.. However, I decided to give it another try because it’s been a while and I really do enjoy their pizza.I placed a delivery order on a week day evening and to my surprise, the process was actually pretty smooth and came fairly quickly-the quickest it’s ever arrived actually.The tracker on the app is pretty slow to update but my pizza arrived in about 35 minutes. My pizza looked good and it was still fairly warm.I don’t know if it was just luck, if the management changed or simply just cause it was a week night ha; but regardless, I was satisfied with my order tonight.I’m giving it 4 stars just because I’m not 100% convinced yet lolol.
