I tried Domino's for the first time in about 5 years and I have to say this is the worst pizza I've ever had. The dough is like its made of cardboard. Just disgusting.

The quality here is very inconsistent — sometimes good, but often very bad. At times, the dough feels fresh, other times old. When I reported a bad pizza, they told me to come back and prove it before considering a replacement — not worth a double trip for a $10 pizza.

I’ve been a regular customer, but the way they handle complaints is disappointing. Today (11/29/2025), I spoke with Sammy at Store #6930, and her attitude over the phone was unhelpful and dismissive. Domino’s should value regular customers instead of making them feel unheard.

Ordered two pizzas, wings, and garlic bread everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. The wings were especially good! Ean, who served me, was friendly and quick with the service. Great experience overall!

I placed a car-side pickup order, and the app showed it was ready — but no one brought it out even after waiting more than 10 minutes. I finally had to go inside and pick it up myself. Really poor service and defeats the purpose of ordering car-side pickup. Hope the store improves their customer service.

Ordered at 12:20 to our business and took over an hour. The eta changed 3 different times. Driver provided no explanation, no apology, refused to answer questions. I gave a $10 tip, which I wish I good take back. I called the store 3x no on answer. Awful experience and very unlike most dominos.

The wait time on super bowl day was so long, had to wait for 1 and half hour for my pizza.

I ordered 8 large pizzas from your location at 6451 Riverside, Irving, TX. Two of the pizzas did not have cheese on them. I called the store to report the issue, and I was told I needed to bring the pizzas back so they could “see.” I had to leave the house again, return to the store, and wait while they made new ones. During this entire process, no one even apologized.

By the time I got back home, the rest of my pizzas were cold. I order from you often, but I have never experienced such poor customer service before. Not even a simple “we’re sorry.” Being told to bring the pizza back instead of handling it properly was very disappointing.
