Update- 25 mins after ready status, and still in the lobby waiting!When I check the stars, sometimes i wonder why would they be rated low. But lo and behold! This one did actually deserve low rating. Why in the world I decided to order here. I was super hungry and decided to order online and be on my way there so I arrive on time. When app said ready, I arrived 5 mins after that, only for them to say oops, they are going to prepare it now. The screen though shows my name as ready on their shop as well. Waiting 15 mins already in the lobby while writing this review. Def never coming back here

I hate leaving bad reviews as I want to see places do well, though after tonight, people should know. I wouldn’t write this review if it only happened one time along with the response I received.I’ve ordered today (and in the past-not just a one time place I came to today ) from here online through the website. The tracker says the time it will be done along with updates. It’s Sunday night football, yes it’s going to be busy, though tracker said this. I placed an order and was told by dominos it would be 30 mins or so. It was apparently being made/oven. I waited 30+ mins and drove over to get it. Walked in, I told the worker my last name and he said “order number?” and I had to search through a screen to find it. I told him and he said it wouldn’t be ready for an hour to an hour and half and I mentioned I already waited and the app said this. He said “the app isn’t accurate” and “we don’t use it”, and also said “look around, can see we’re busy”. He said we can cancel your order. There was no apology, offering to fix it, or anything. Just an awful attitude. I wasted my time waiting and end up disappointing my friends I had over with no food.Firstly, if the app hasn’t worked at this dominos, why use it? Take the location off and only do call in or walk in, and not affect the customer with false promises, wasted time and leaving people in the dust with “I can cancel your order” after 30-40 mins. Also to not try to resolve or fix it, and be rude and condescending, is terrible. I understand being busy though how it was handled was not correct nor helpful or appropriate. I’ve never had issues with dominos and their app besides here, along with them not wanting to/using the app time for orders.Suggest staying away from here and going somewhere else.

I recently ordered a veggie pizza from Domino's, specifically requesting that the mushrooms and black olives be removed. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived with both toppings included. While I understand mistakes can happen, I was quite disappointed as I cannot eat these ingredients due to dietary restrictions.I would appreciate it if Domino's could take steps to ensure orders are prepared correctly in the future, especially when specific requests are made. Perhaps double-checking orders before sending them out could help prevent similar incidents.The store manager did make me a new pizza but I had to do one more trip. He did not offer me a free drink either, very disappointed.

They didn’t deliver the drink we ordered, driver argued with my husband that no drink was ordered. Called the store and NO APOLOGY, horrible, really need to learn customer service.

I’ve been ordering from here for 4 years now and haven’t had a single issue. Food always arrives hot, The store has always been fairly clean and the staff is friendly when I do pick up orders.

The stuff dominoes sales doesn't even taste right without the sauces. I paid for 3 of them and didn't get them. Now I wish I hadn't tipped the deliver dude!!! Smh

My order was over an hour late, close to two hours. I ordered at 8:16pm my food came at 10:00. I asked for extra jalapeños I barely got 10 jalapeños on one side of the pizza that’s ridiculous seriously. My food was super cold and there was barely any sauce on my wings. What are y’all doing up there? The delivery driver looked high as hell and when I tried to call the store multiple times nobody answered. Trifling as hell

Food is good - We all love dominos pizza.Occasionally, orders gets messed up and I end up waiting 20+ minutes. Despite getting email notification that order is ready, when you go for pickup, they haven't even started preparing it.

Jesus Christ... This place is a damn disaster! I tried this place one last time, because I got a credit for the wrong pizza when I ordered take out last time (see the wet delivery review from before). When I went in to order the pizza I was supposed to have, I was told I had a credit for the right one. I go, order the right pizza I should have ahead on the first order, and told I owe $5.89. When I said I had a credit for the wrong order from last time, the guy at the counter tells me that I owe that, on top of the credit. I asked for clarification, as I ordered the exact same pizza from the first time and I don't think I should pay for their mistake. I then get another guy who tells me that the credit is for what I ordered and I must be mistaken. I then ask him what I ordered the last time and he told me it doesn't say. So when I ask him how he knows what I ordered, he tells me it is an average. When I told him "I'm not paying a damn thing for what should have been right the first time" I am told by no less than 3 employees that a credit is for an average and if I want the pizza, I need to pay. When I told them I am not paying an f-ing cent more for the privilege of their mistake, I am met with some dude telling me that they aren't going to argue over $5.00. Yet... here the F we are, in the middle of the store, arguing over your own GD F'ing mistake and I'm made to feel like a thief that is trying to cheat your company out of money because you hire the best of the worst list. Keep the credit and the $5.00. I'll take my time and do my best to make sure this franchise dies out ASAP.

Pizza might have been okay if driver didn’t wait 45 minutes there after pizza said “ready” to to start driving.. giving 1 star delivery experience and receiving a cold, burned pizza.

Theres this specific driver who cant follow the simplest of instructions. Its ridiculous. And he’s always the one delivering my food. I think his name is Juan. I probably wont order from here again
