Today I arrived at the place and the guy working looked dirty I ordered a large pizza and paid for it the guy didn't give me my receipt, I waited in my car for my food when I went to get it the guy said he never received my order I didn't even ask for my money to check the cameras or I would call the police and in the end he gave me an old and cold pizza which wasn't worth what I paid and he closed the place, be very careful with these people who steal your money

To this day I wonder how bad it can get and why this place has 1 star and terrible reviews.I don’t ever expect the best customer service from any fast food. However, they are helpful and I’ve never had rude employees… (service 5 star)All I care for is to get what I paid for and this place is a hit or miss. Out of the probably 10 times I’ve ordered maybe 7 times I’ve gotten weird cooked pizzas and wings don’t have enough sauce. Some days the pizza is just like any other Dominoes and some days it looks like someone cooked it at home who ran out of ingredient but pizza still tasted good enough (food 3.5 star)I’ got a feeling is due from between lack of management or training or equipment failing? Who knows now days..luckily the place is always clean and everyone looks clean. (Clean 4.5 star)This place has been a 1 star for over 2+ yearsI never put reviews on Google but I want this place to improve for better food quality

I used to work at domino’s. I mean it when I say they cooked this pizza with soul and passion! Never had a pizza ever hit like this one. Best munchiesnack/dinner pizza! Thank you, Carlos and team!

Management refused to give name and kept making excuses for the messed up order.ADVISE THE management about my allergies to Pineapples and not an offer to remake or offer an refund of any kind. Just more excuses. I've never been treated in such a bad way at any Domino's pizza that manager needs to be taught how to deal with customers. I was worried with all the 1 star reviews, but I had no problem here. I ordered around 12 on a weekday for carry out, order was ready 12 minutes later and was HOT when I got it. Pizza could use a little more sauce, but other than that fantastic!

Ordered multiple pizzas and never received them. When I called the store the manager, Michelle, on duty stated their system was messing up and other customers experienced similar issues of wrong delivery addresses. There was no resolution and I have wasted money with no product receivedNegative stars if possible for this location!

A terrible ordering experience. I ordered at 12:05 and it is now 2:05 and still nothing. I watched the driver go to several other locations, even around Best Buy, as if they were shopping there instead of making a delivery. Now the driver is back at the store and I still have no food. I tried calling the store twice and each time I got stuck in an endless loop of an automated recording. No one ever answered. The driver (someone named Ifeanyi) finally showed up at 2:20pm with two very cold pizzas, and yet still expected a tip. This ordering experience could not be worse! Awful service!!!

My order was messed up! A manager said it would be replaced in 45 mins. After waiting I called to be put on a loop of recordings, only to finally get through to a manger stating I have to return all the food to be able to get it replaced. This is ridiculous! Horrible customer service, I will not recommend this store or franchise if this is thier policy of customer service.

Do not order from here unless u want ur order to take about 2 hours! N i only live 7 min away! I have kids to thats why i wanted it delivered instead of walking up n down my second story w a baby but now we r 2 hrs in, it is 9 pm kids r sleepy n hungry. Ill just go w pizza hut next time

Nice place for Pizza.Stuff was super cooperative.I had issue with the app but the staff is domino politely resolved the issue!The quality of pizza is nice.It is small place.No option of dine-in in this place.Most people order the pizza either from Domino app, in restuarant or third part apps like uber eat, door dash etc.
