I have always come and eat here. Usually waitress come get my card I paid and they leave us alone and we leave a tip either cash or card. Today I brought my little sister with me she paid with her card i was trying to give her some independence. But for some reason waitress didn’t leave after us signing the receipt. She kept pointing to the total and tip. Long story to make it short she didn’t leave our tablet until I added a tip in the receipt. From what I know tip is not a requirement, she didn’t even gave us the chance to grab some cash and leave it there for her to get after. She demanded top before us leaving lol. . Kind of uncomfortable situation.

Mongolian grill was good but tasted of burnt grill a little bit. Ok, I tried the East Buffet again for lunch today. I ate off of the hot tables rather than the grill and it was disappointing. I have no idea how food from a steam table can be served cold, but the best I got was room temperature on the three different sections I tried. And the green beans tasted like they were cooked in a soapy pan. I love Chinese food and travel for work, so I try a lot of different restaurants. This one is at the bottom of my list from now on

I wish that I could give a more accurate review. However my brother and I pulled up to have lunch it was 3:25 p.m. to check it out since this was our first time here. The lady at the front told him that dinner starts at 3:30 he said no problem I just want to look around and I'll get my sister out the car she said okay cool he looked around and said it was good came to get me we walked in at 3:29 p.m. and they told him that the dinner cost what's now in effect and they could not charge the lunch prices. Had the lady not told him that it was okay it would have made a difference and how everything went down. Needless to say we did not eat we did not stay. And to be honest it's not about the cost it's about the fact that you said it was okay and then decided to change your mind. Very poor customer service
For the price, it’s hard to complain. You get what you paid for. If I can give a 3.5 instead of 3 I would. The food was lukewarm the day we ate so had to bump it down to 3 instead of 4.
