I visited this restaurant while on a business trip nearby, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the omakase selection was exactly what I was looking for. Each piece reflected the chefs’ care and dedication. On top of that, the service was warm and attentive. Everything exceeded my expectations — both in taste and hospitality. Highly recommended!
I wish I took more pictures! This sushi spot was an absolute delight all around - from service to food quality to price point. My friends and I came during my lunch and we got a variety of appetizers to start. The highlight was the Okra tempura, something I've never seen before as a Japanese food regular. The nigiri bento Box was up next, and the quality of the fish for the cost was unparalleled. We each got six pieces- tuna, salmon, flounder, black tiger shrimp, snapper...
Food and service are always reliably excellent here at Edoko. I always trust the chef and the omakase dining option. A great selection of fish and uni from Japan. If you love uni, it’s a great place to eat imported Hokkaido Uni!
