Einstein Bros. Bagels

The customer service at this location is horrible. The employee I have had unpleasant experiences with is the AA lady that opens the shop at 5am. She has cheated me out of my order more than once, and she has a bad attitude. I brought this to the attention of the leadership, but they have failed to respond. It's been weeks. I'll just go to Satrbucks or Whataburger.

Terrible customer service by the young lady working the cashier. Didn’t say hi when I walked in and made me wait till she finished sweeping and cleaning to take my order. Then took about another 10 mins to make a bagel.

The jalapeño bagel is awesome 👌

I ordered a half dozen of bagels and sausage gravy bagels; the sandwich is good but they forgot my honey & almond cream cheese. Make sure you look at your order before leave out.

Foods good but place is far from lively

Love love love it. So many bagel choices and my favorite it the honey smear. Wow. Delicious definitely worth a try 😋

The food isn't the problem. The floors are... they are sticky, dirty, and gross. The tables are clean and things seem tidy until you lift your foot to move and it's stuck to the floor. This place closes at 2pm how can quick mop not be on the schedule from the closing team??? 😒

We wanted to try something new for breakfast. Man are we addicted. We both ordered the Maplehouse Egg Sandwich​ which was to die for. They have eggs with pork sausage, bacon, cheddar cheese, Honey Almond Cream Cheese Shmear and syrup on a fresh-baked Maple French Toast Gourmet Bagel.​
Holy crap it was amazing. We ordered to go and it didn't take long at all. The service was excellent and the restaurant was clean and a near atmosphere. Will be going back.

They need honey in the store

Have used for multiple catering events and they always do a great job!

Food is usually good but the service is horrible at this location. Tried to order online the day before and the website said that store was only accepting walk ins. Called 30 minutes before arriving to place the order and they left me on hold for 30 minutes then hung up on me. Got to the store. They ignored me for a couple of minutes then when I tried to place my order the girl got an attitude saying it would take to long to make 18 sandwiches to which I told her about being left on hold, she said I should’ve done it online, I told her the website was not taking orders and she spouted off some other nonsense about the day before. Instead of arguing with her I just left. 4 people standing behind the counter barely doing anything. I do a lot of catering for my job from here but never again.

The company responded to this review asking me to reach out in a different way and to remove the review if I received a satisfactory response. I included all of that in the email as well. Doesn't seem like the Guest Services team cares as much as the person who originally responded to the review... Guest Service response:

cold brew shake had chunks of ice in it and was not topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle like in the photo. short female worker with red hair gave me so much attitude when I asked for it to be added. avocado toast had barely any avocado on it, and she refused to add anymore avocado (see photo). Service here is terrible. Food is also not good for the price.

i was desperately craving Einstein Bros and this did not disappoint!! the shop was quiet and our food came out super fast!
