Einstein Bros. Bagels

I ask them to toast my bagel and both times they gave me the bagel with out being toasted .

I was having a bad day and Teaya and Demarco were absolutely amazing!! They were extremely friendly and fast with my food! They were even able to make me laugh! Please do not hesitate to stop by, you won't regret it.

The customer service here was terrible. The only person who treated me respectfully was the older lady. The other three staff members were very rude—they even laughed at me when I turned around after ordering my bagels. And the way they talked to me wasn’t good at all. Teach customer service to your employees first before you hire them. That’s the basic.

Coming from New York where Bagels are a thing! Einstein Bagels makes me feel I’m back in ny, great variety of bagels. And good thing they open at 5am!

Went to pick up an order for someone. Walked in and went straight over to 2 guys working on something. One was prepping an order and the other was helping another customer. I waited patiently for them to finish up and the first guy finished helping the lady and walked away, so I waited for the remaining person to finish what he was doing before asking to pick up my order. Instead, when he finished his order he started walking away as well even though I made eye contact with both guys and they knew I was standing there. I had to get their attention, ask for my order, instead of apologizing or anything, the man didn’t say a word to me and handed me the order he was in middle of preparing and gave no acknowledgement. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Great customer service and quick, easy pickup. Tis, [ I believe that is her name, if not I apologize] was courteous, professional, and delivered on her promise that my order would be ready on time [5:45am]. Co-workers enjoyed the bagels tremendously. Will definitely order from here again!!

This is a busy location, with friendly and fast service. I suggest you order online in the mornings Monday through Friday. You won't have to wait. No drive thru here. Staff is always fast and friendly.

Tried the maplehouse for the first time ; but not a fan. The staff was courteous , friendly and my order was completed in 2-3 minutes.

I just experienced eating the absolute best breakfast sandwich I have ever had my entire life. Wow amazing 1st time trying Einstein now I will definitely be a regular. Again amazing and the young lady offered me a free small cup of coffee to see if I will like it. She noticed I was leary of spending money and being disappointed if the sacked. But the coffee was pretty good too. BtW I had the brisket breakfast sandwich.

The customer service at this location is horrible. The employee I have had unpleasant experiences with is the AA lady that opens the shop at 5am. She has cheated me out of my order more than once, and she has a bad attitude. I brought this to the attention of the leadership, but they have failed to respond. It's been weeks. I'll just go to Satrbucks or Whataburger.

Terrible customer service by the young lady working the cashier. Didn’t say hi when I walked in and made me wait till she finished sweeping and cleaning to take my order. Then took about another 10 mins to make a bagel.

The jalapeño bagel is awesome 👌

I ordered a half dozen of bagels and sausage gravy bagels; the sandwich is good but they forgot my honey & almond cream cheese. Make sure you look at your order before leave out.

Foods good but place is far from lively
