Was in town visiting and found this location after landing at Dfw. Two people were working with one person literally taking orders only and the poor other guy doing all the orders. More staff definitely needed. The bagel order was correct and the bagels were great for their expected quality not your NYC bagels but doable.

I used to love this Einstein’s location, but the service has gone downhill recently… I ordered 2 simple bagels with cream cheese and a drink. The staff took 20 minutes to get 2 chocolate chip bagels done, and they forgot about my coffee. I finally got my coffee and bagels, and went home to see my bagel order was wrong! I don’t understand what happened to this location, but the staff wasn’t friendly OR attentive. It’s a shame I’m going to have to find a new breakfast treat spot… thanks Einstein’s for the biggest letdown of the year.

I usually come to Einstein bagels once a week but this time it was different they hired some girls and they didn’t give me my full order and also didnt know how to make the bagel sandwich, 2 ingredients were

The food isn't bad so I have them one star. The problem is it may be the worst run restaurant I have ever seen. It's not because they are not nice or there isn't enough people like some other places, it's because they are horribly trained. They never get my order right and it always takes way too long. If there is more than 4 people on line, I leave. It's actually pretty amazing how slow they are with all the people back there. Also they ask me 10 times what my order is and still get it wrong. Today I ordered 2 BEC and 6 bagels. 5 everything and 1 poppy. I got 5 poppy and 1 everything. Oh, and they asked twice if I wanted them sliced. I always say no because their machine is terrible. Usually ruining at least 2 bagels. Yes, they were sliced. I come back every once in a while because my kids like them, but they laugh every time I come because they know there is no chance the order is right
First time here with my wife. Customer Experience was not good. But, owner was courteous enough to respond and offer to fix the issue. The intent to address this is good enough for me. These type of issues can only be fixed by proper employee training. I wish the business to be successful.

I would give Einstein bagels a 5 star review as we enjoy the food and ambience of this place and we come to this place frequently for breakfast, staff are courteous but today 9/1 /2023 at 9.15 am ,one of the staff was not customer friendly, not giving proper information, not helpful, he given cold bagels , without asking if they need to heat them up. I thought they are warm. When I went back asking to heat them up - untouched bagels, he said they cannot take them back to heat up after handing them over to customers which I understand but he should have told that they are not warm early before picking up and he told in a rude way. We had to eat that cold hard bagels even after buying dozen of them and giving him a tip which he doesn’t deserve. Poor customer care.Why I mentioned specific time and date is I want the owner to know who he is as I don’t his name.

This location is filthy. They need to do less talking and more cleaning. The floors were terrible and none of the tables were clean.
