good food, great service! nice amount of food and quality for the price! Still undiscovered, so can usually get in, eat and get out quickly (well, before all dining-in was closed due to pandemic)! Still open for carry out so support this family restaurant if you can! p.s delicious homemade salsa!!!

Catered here for my wedding, staff was friendly and delivery was made on time. Food was fresh and we had many guests compliment on taste, thank y'all so much. ??

I was not a fan of the food. My food was not HOT, the beans were dry and the chili con carne tasted bland.

WOW, everything about this small hole in wall restaurant is amazing. There salsa is the best in dfw. There enchiladas and quesadillas as well the pupusas are so delicious you'll be wanting more. There customer service is top notch. I have been to a lot of Mexican restaurants and this tops them all. Wow

I have been hearing about this place fo awhile from the Facebook page Irving Eats. So I went last Sunday. The awaited was really nice but the tablecloth was dirty and the meal I got was so so, the meat seem like it was onE of those season meats you buy from a Mexican meat market. I had the bisc steak al la Mexicano

The service here is excellent, however the food now so good. I don't know if I came on a bad day but it just wasn't that good. I asked for my friend Patti if the chili relleno if it was pan fried or deep fried. They said deep fried but it was pan fried. She said it was awful. As alway my reviews are off of my meals only which was the avocado enchiladas. When I got them they were cold. We were on a time refrain so I didn't have time to ask them to remake them.

Excellent food and service! Nothing super over the top, but better than some of the other Tex-Mex places nearby. It's our go-to family place to eat. Ask to try their salsas! They have a great variety.

Allow me a bit of rambling for my new favorite restaurant. I have the misfortune of of having a Mexican mother who, although her food is delicious at least by my standards, does not like to cook. Because of this I am constantly searching and longing for the special taste when it comes to Mexican cooking, you know the one, the special taste that food acquires when you didn't cook it, the taste of love. This is it. At the very demanding request of my brother to try this place, my husband and I went early and had chilaquiles for breakfast. As you can see from my picture I didn't wait to start eating and then had to shamefully rearrange my beans to take a decent picture of my truly delicious meal. No bite of my chilaquiles was dry or unflavored, cheese, egg and salsa galore, just as chilaquiles should be. Because if you're going to start your day eating fried tortillas why not go all out?!After a bit of chatting with the owner I was informed that they take orders for all kinds of tamales, so obviously now I have to figure out what I'm going to do with my free time come Christmas when I don't have to deal with the horrible assembly line that is tamale making. Also these happy hours are a HUGE plus. My husband works about thirty minutes away from home so you know that means an hour plus in Dallas traffic. By the time he gets home happy hours that end at seven only give us ten or twenty minutes (if we are lucky) to have some fun or enjoy a date night. With their happy hour ending at 8 we don't have to rush to change outfits in order to go out!
