First time trying this restaurant, big portions but flavor wasn’t there.
I had ceviche and le faltaba sazón.
We ordered choros a la chalaca and same…
I’m not sure if it was missing salt or something else. I was excited to try it with all the good reviews.
We ordered salchipapa and the fries were kinda raw in the middle.

Anticuchos : they were chewy and the sayce didnt taste that good
Ceviche : It needed more lemon but overall pretty good
Lomo saltado : the sauce was too salty but aside from that it was delicious

I visited Tesoro del Inca on December 16th and insisted on having lunch there despite my wife’s preference for Thai food. The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived, with only a few patrons and staff preoccupied with their phones and eating.
