Anticuchos : they were chewy and the sayce didnt taste that good
Ceviche : It needed more lemon but overall pretty good

I visited Tesoro del Inca on December 16th and insisted on having lunch there despite my wife’s preference for Thai food. The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived, with only a few patrons and staff preoccupied with their phones and eating. Despite multiple visits, including for catering, the 15-minute wait for servers to finish eating and their absorbing phones was unacceptable. They never checked on us. I doubt I’ll...
