Absolutely Delicious – A Hidden Gem!

Elotes y Antojitos La Banana is hands down one of the best spots I’ve visited for authentic Mexican street food. The elotes are perfectly prepared – creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor in every bite. I also tried the esquites and the takis preparados, and they were both out of this world!

The staff is friendly, the portions are generous, and the prices are more than fair. You can really tell they put love and care into every dish they serve. Whether you’re craving a quick snack or a full-on antojito feast, this place hits the spot every time.

Their elote en vaso is the best! Taste great with not a lot of juice left in the cup and you can add however much salsa you’d like. Great place to grab a snack

Best corn in a cup in irving jve been to most place and this one is it! They have a selection of hot sauces. Hananero is my favorite. I'm there at least once a week but also the staff is friendly and very fast, never a long wait I recommend

I come here for their aguas frescas.

Honestly, this is only fruteria I visit now. Their prices are fair and the quality is much richer than any other fruteria I’ve been to. Highly recommended.

Please people! Be aware!!! This place takes your money!!!!!???. Horrible place, you can see one price on the menu, buy them charge you extra. Basically they take you money ??.
I get, in a small box of fruit, which in the menu says; 6 something, but in the register is; $9:04. Reason? I don't know, very small box, and it wasn't full.
PEOPLE, BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY.???.
A SMALL BOX OF FRUIT, WHICH ON THE MENU SAYS 6 AND SOMETHING. THEY CHARGE YOU AT $9.04.
WITHOUT WARNING YOU BECAUSE, A SMALL BOX WAS NOT EVEN FULL. SO BE CAREFUL THEY CHARGE YOU MORE????

Place is small and compact. First visit was interesting how the set up is. Stand in the middle until called they get your order either by writing it down or memorizing it. They charge you at the end so you wait but again the place is small so not the best. Got the elote. The elote itself is mediocre but the hot sauce it soo good it’s a shame that the elote was not to up to par. It has so much cheese at the bottom that I am asking myself did I ask for extra cheese or are they trying to cut corners by removing some corn. My issue second time we ordered everything but the guy did not give us everything so had to take longer to go home. Would I recommend this place. It’s a yes. My experience is my own but, I know that others would love this corn but for me it’s a 5/10 and hot sauce 10/10.

Not only is the service always friendly, but the treats are AMAZING. The most generous shrimp cocktail I’ve indulged in with a light tomato juice with an amazing flavor profile. They have an array of hot sauces to add to your elote. Fresh tortas. Delicious fruits!
