With family roots in Ciudad Acuña, Mexico, owners Robert and son RV bring home cooking to busy Las Colinas. The thick rich mole was perfect atop twin over-stuffed shredded chicken enchiladas. I shoveled my Spanish rice into a cup of savory borracho beans. RV made me feel welcome, and I left totally satisfied.
Small hole in the wall family restaurant. Everything we ate was amazing, flavorful and fresh. Tapatíos, Empanadas, Enchiladas en Mole, Santa Fe Beef enchiladas and to finish it off Peach Cobbler. Would love to post images but when the food hit to table we dug in. It is a small place and unfortunately they had to turn away one party and another large party had to wait some time. 6 tables total one a small table.
