Firehouse Subs South Irving

First time trying out Firehouse Subs, took them a while to take my order & I was the only customer in line but overall service was okay & food was good.

The service here was so bad. The blonde girl and the guy with the colored hair were so dismissive and disrespectful. I felt like a burden to them and the environment while waiting for my order was so tense. They have absolutely no Customer service and I did not feel welcomed. I won’t be going back to this location. It wasn’t like it was busy. I was the only customer inside

Always love coming here.It is a great spot nearby my work, the staff always prepares my order exactly right, and on time so I can pick it up and be back at my work.

I am particularly happy that they brought back the Sauce bar!! Whoever made that decision back in corporate needs a raise, Thank you!

Was getting hungry just right now and was thinking about getting a sub from here, but remembered how ass my last experience was. I walked in waiting for anyone to acknowledge/greet me but then got skipped over? bunch of sorry employees

The food was just subpar. I was really not a fan of the sub. My order was initially missing an item but the lady at the counter was super sweet and helped me. The wrong chips were with my order however which was sad.

This place made my sandwich so wrong I went back and the girl working the register was so rude telling me I ordered wrong I usually have good experiences at Firehouse but the Irving location stay away bad service and the food was not good really look at the pic this is not a New Yorker

The store was clean. The person at the register wasn't unfriendly but seemed bored. Food was very good. There is a lot of the menu that I would recommend.

Vegetarian options: The only Veggie sandwich they have is the veggie combo.

Parking: If there is no parking near the building you can park over by Wally world.

Wheelchair accessibility: A few handicapped spaces. Room at tables for wheelchairs.

Ordered 2 sandwiches online. Both sandwiches were extremely wrong. I don't even know how they mixed it up so bad. I would have thought a steak and cheese would include cheese but no. It's the first and last time.

I've enjoyed the subs from here every time. I got the meatball sub and thought it was good, nothing special though. My favorite are Italian and tuna. I treated my 10yo daughter and her friend- one got the BBQ brisket sub (she thought they went a little heavy with the sauce but still liked it), and the other just got plain ham with lettuce & tomatoes- she thought the ham was too sweet (I agreed). We like plain baked or smoked ham over honey ham.

Second time eating here and it's soo good. Friendly employees and the place is always clean. Great and healthy place for the whole family.
