Firehouse Subs Macarthur Park

Nothing special about them, just a regular firehouse subs... they had no choices for the hot sauce, nothing hot at all and only 5 different sauces... other than that, everything tasted as expected, and was mediocre as expected.

I recently attempted to take advantage of a promotion (T-Mobile) BOGO that failed not necessarily firehouse fault but I solicited help at the store level but that didn't work either anyway I deleted the order I was working on and attempted to start over the second order refused my offer code stating that it had already been used I called T-Mobile but there was 30 min wait to get through so I left I'm not blaming store staff either but there was no way to give me the offer manually either just thought you would like to know I'll try again another time but this was the last day for the BOGO

Was right in front of the tv watching it and the employee (big guy with beard wearing a beanie) walked up and turned it off, then he started laughing.

An online it says they close at 9:30 there was not even one person in there such as a customer they could’ve made one sandwich

Highly highly disappointed at this location. Normally this will be my go to location but after today no thank you. Me and my 2 children came in and walked to the front counter and was never greeted by ANYONE. The lady that was sweeping the floor looked at me and didn't stop to help me at all. The young lady stocking the chips asked me was it for dine in or carry out. I told her it was a pick up order and proceed to get my order from the other side of counter. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS DO BETTER

I have never been to a firehouse before and the sub was just mediocre. Nothing special and a little overpriced for what it is. However, it seemed clean and the man behind the counter taking orders was very sweet and handsome and nice.

First time eating at Firehouse. The food is good and fresh. The down fall is there full hot Sause bar, every bottle is “very sticky” and low to empty .
