Employee was asked to stay a few minutes until her relief arrived. She refused stating young people ha e lives, where you old people don't. Then proceeded to cuss at the lead/manager/team member that was staying.this is unprofessional. This type of behavior in public view should never happen. It was not in the backend over heard it was at the register, in front of everyone.

Not sure what’s going on lately. When I work from home on Saturdays I get Uber Eats from this location and the last couple of times the sandwich had one very thin slice of turkey. It was supposed to be a turkey sandwich…maybe they are trying to get us to pay for extra meat now? Idk wasn't even enough to give a pinch of meat to my cat. He and I were very disappointed. Lol This was my go to place but I’m not wasting my money a third time. Going to find a new sandwich spot I guess.

Go somewhere else! I was here on 8.16.24 around 2pm. I had eaten almost my entire sandwich and tasted something minty. Then, I realized there was a piece of gum in my mouth. Yes, there was chewed gum in my sandwich. I had already left the restaurant so I tried to call and speak to the manager. As soon as they answered, they just put me on hold. I tried to speak to someone at corporate but they utilize chat bot and email. I sent an email, but there's really nothing they can do to alleviate my disgust.

Placing an order using the app was simple. You can track the order on the app as well.
Once you get to the store, look for the Rapid Rescue sign to pick up your order. It’s pretty efficient and easy.
The sandwich was prepared as per the instructions entered in the app, which was greatly appreciated. The sandwiches are packed in individual boxes which is super convenient.
Pricing is moderate and will definitely order from here again.

This place was used to be okay but now went downhill. Ordered a small chicken breast sandwich, but it looked like nothing but super gross! Who would spend $7 for that?
Update: My stomach hurt after ate that gross looking sandwich. The health department should come and investigate if they meet food safety requirements.

I ordered fire house hero and there were only 1 to 2 slab of beef and lots of turkey . Then I would have got Italian. Side Pickle is dried and not even in the bag just on the sandwich .

Decent service but probably the worst steak and cheese I've ever had. The steak had zero flavor as though nobody even salted it and might not even be beef it's so flavorless. It was grey and the texture was mushy like it was boiled or microwaved instead of seared. Hopefully everything else on the menu isn't as bad, but I'm unlikely to make a second visit to find out. For the price and quality, it's a huge ripoff.

The young lady behind the counter today was a breathe of fresh air. It is hard to find quality customer service especially right before the store is about to close. I have been to firehouse subs many times before and I will say firehouse always does well with customer service but I think she deserves a raise. She rung up the order with a smile and seemed like she cared about doing a good job. Now days its the small things that go a long way and these are the people that deserves raises and promotions for quality customer service.

two was a very odd person
The staff wasn't friendly. I ordered ahead through the app, but it took them 25 minutes to complete my order, even though there were no other customers.
