I placed the order on the five guys website directly and once I placed that order they sent it to DoorDash and they canceled it saying that I picked the order up which I never did. They’ve been rescheduled my order two or three more times and every time I got an email saying that the driver couldn’t find my order. I called DoorDash thinking that they could help me and they advised me to reach out directly to the five guys location since I ordered directly through the website once I contacted five guys I requested to speak to a manager and the manager pretty much got on the phone and laughed in my face and said it was nothing that he could do and that I needed to contact customer service. I spoke to two people at that location one being the manager, and one being one of the employees they were very rude. Once I contacted customer service, I just got the complete runaround and never got refunded my money and I had to dispute it with my bank. I’ve never experienced so much unprofessionalism from a location and I will never come to this location again. I’ve tried calling the location multiple times to try to get this issued fixed and no one ever reached back out to me.

The worse customer service ever! There was no bun but they didn't even bothered telling us that when we picked up our orders! And we stood at the pick up stand for 5 minutes with no one acknowledging us even though there was no customer in the store. Called support to request a refund and was told they will review my request but they recommend calling back to make sure I receive my refund! You will never see me at any of locations I can guarantee you that!
