I recently had the Chicken Dum Biryani at Flavor’s Indian Restaurant, and it was absolutely amazing. The rice was perfectly cooked—fluffy, fragrant, and soaked with flavorful spices. The chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender, juicy, and well-marinated. You can tell it was slow-cooked the traditional way.
