I've been going here ever single year for Thanksgiving since moving to the DFW area and have never been disappointed. The food is always incredible and the service is second to none. Haven't ever been outside of the holidays but if it's half as good as thanksgiving it's going to be a real treat!

Had breakfast at Flossie's with a friend. Service was a bit slow but typical for post-pandemic restaurant service. We ordered off the menu and the had an avocado toast with poached egg and a bowl. Both were well prepared. The environment is a bit stark. Wait staff could use more training. Probably fine if you are a hotel guest but would not recommend dining here unless you are a captive audience. It is fine but nothing special. If you are not a hotel guest the restaurant is easy to find. there is adjacent abundant parking. The restaurant is on the lower level of the building.

This breakfast was some of the best breakfast I have ever had eating out. We did the sit-down service and the baked eggs were INCREDIBLE, I will literally dream about them. I'll definitely be coming back.

Very simple, but tasty buffet, about $23 includes drinks, pastries, oatmeal with a variety of fresh berries and fruits. I did not try the fresh Latino pepper sauces, but the cheese and green onion to add to scrambled eggs were awesome, as also the service.

We stayed at the Omni and had a late Saturday breakfast here. First of all, it's awesome that they serve breakfast until noon. Super great. We arrived about 11:00am and were seated quickly at a nice table. The ambience is quite good. Lots of natural light. Farm-style decor. We decided to enjoy the breakfast buffet. $22 per person wasn't bad at all for the quality received. Included our juice and coffee as well. We liked just about everything we ate. Fruit, eggs, meats, baked goods. The only detractor was the service. Our server was quick to get us drinks at the beginning of the meal, but she brought our check before we had even finished our first trip to the buffet. And then we didn't see her again! Had to flag down other servers for refills. Very bizarre. But overall, it was a very good experience, and we would return if staying at the Omni.

We were out in the area checking out our old neighborhood from over 10 years ago. We wanted to walk around the lake before our kids came back but I was hungry. None of the other restaurants on the lake were open so we settled for the hotel restaurant for breakfast. The nice girl took our order and brought my watered down hot chocolate then everyone disappeared. Nobody came around to update us on if and when the food was going to come out. I actually felt they were ignoring us on purpose and wanted us to leave, so we did.

Had brunch at Flossies today. The buffet was great for my mom, but I am vegan and could not find much to eat. A member of the staff saw my dismay and desire my saying I was gone, he told Chef Juan Ramos and a few minutes later, the chef brought the most delicious quinoa bowl to our table. It was FANTASTIC, full of flavor and totally vegan, which blew me away as I am not used to people understanding a plant based diet. True service is understanding what someone wants before they even know it. This was truly one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had!! I live in Las Colinas and despite many other options, I will be making Flossie’s my “go to” brunch spot so long as Chef Ramos plates up such wonderful vegan meals!!

Hannh was the best bartender ever! So hospitable. Made me feel welcomed and prioritized throughout my entire stay at hotel! Mostly every other server or bartender looked over me while Hannah on the other hand never let me ask for anything. TOP OF THE LINE SERVICE IF I DO SAY SO MYSELF‼️

In these days were it is becoming difficult to find restaurants that offer the traditional Easter Brunch, Flossie/s restaurant located in the Omni Hotel at Las Colinas remains a great choice. The food is varied, plentiful, and frequently refreshed. Even though you visit the buffet lines to choice your food, the wait staff is attentive to keeping your drinks choices full and taking away used dinnerware. And the many activities for the kids are wonderful as always.

We had breakfast here while we stayed at the Omni. My husband chose the buffet and enjoyed it. I chose the brisket hash with 2 eggs. While the brisket was really good, as were the eggs, the WHOLE little potatoes were not what I would consider to be hash. While I would eat there again, I would not order that dish again. Our server was Marco and he was wonderful! He was very attentive to our table (and there rest of his tables), even though the restaurant was packed and the kitchen was slammed. Because Marco felt that he had neglected us and that we had to wait too long for our meal to be served, he comped us a 10% discount off our meal. And, once he found out it was our anniversary, he brought us desserts for us to have later. We will certainly stay at the Omni again and visit the restaurant.
