I've been a loyal customer, visiting this place 2-3 times a month even after moving 30 minutes away. Their mangonadas were my go-to, but after today, I'm done. I bought three mangonadas for my family, and one fell apart just ten steps inside the place, before even getting to the door. The staff saw it happen. I cleaned up the mess, assuming they'd replace it since they started making one when they saw it drop. Instead, they gave it to someone else. When I asked for a replacement, they acted shocked and annoyed. They took over 20 minutes to make the initial order, which I understood since it was a weekend. But then, they told me they'd have to charge me again for the dropped one after consulting the owner/ manager. My husband and I decided to leave. Ended up sharing one mangonada, but I'm extremely disappointed and won't be returning. Never experienced such lack of customer service.

I have only been here a couple of times and I really enjoyed it the fruit is fresh and the service is great the Rusa is delicious everything is fairly priced I highly recommend this small family owned business can’t wait to try other items on the menu.
