The food was fairly standard, though the prices had gone up, but the service left much to be desired. My wife didn’t have enough cash to cover the order, and the register showed that she still owed a balance. I offered to pay the remaining amount with my debit card, so I added my card to the payment. However, the cashier ended up charging me for the entire order instead. When I asked for a refund, she claimed she couldn’t issue one, despite most modern POS systems allowing refunds. It seemed like she simply wasn’t willing to take the extra minute to process it.
That said, this is a great establishment that has grown significantly over the years.

The prices are getting outrages! I understand inflation it affects everybody but an extra charge for chamoy, lime, and tajin on the side yet no charge when they place it in with the fruit? If I would have known! But yeah this review is based on prices.

i just called Sonrisas and the young woman that answered the phone hung up on me - bad manners - instead of advising me that i need to call later not at 1010am - she obviously she did not speak english - but i will return the call at 11am (i just noticed on their website that they open at 11am).
