Very high prices for small portions. The po'boy taco was $6 for a small tortilla with 3 fried shrimp. The burrito was overpriced. Chipotles burritos are larger and have more variety of ingredients. Also, its really hard to eat a burrito with no knife! I did like the salsas available, but I don't think this place will survive.
Went for the first time after a few patients of mine told me it was the best! I have to say, I was a loyal taco consumer at a restaurant in down town Dallas but these are far superior! The Bistec and Al Pastor were excellent! The Gaucho and K Pop are a must try!

This is a nice taco shop. I would say 2 of their 'gourmet' tacos would make a good lunch (amount of food wise). It didn't take a long time to get the food. This place is good for a few friends/coworkers to have a meal together but might be a struggle for more than 6-8 if it is during a busy time.
The food was quite tasty, I'll be back to try more options. I had a 'bowl' with swai (fish) as my protein ingredient. It was good, they gave a good amount of avocado. If some of the choices to the bowl are something you really like, ask for extra though as what I got wasn't enough to stir up and have a bit with each bite.

The tacos here are really good! They have specialty tacos from different cultures, basic street tacos, and breakfast tacos all day. Salsa and queso are great too. Quick place to grab a bite with the family in the area. Will keep coming back!

They had great tacos. I got the SanFran avocado and Bombay to Goa tacos. The flavors were great. The Bombay one is really spicy so keep that in mind. Tacos are bigger than street style tacos but they are decently priced at $4 - $6.

Top tier gourmet tacos with options to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. Highly recommend the K- pop (- kimchi for me)and the calydonian boar.
Their new location is still coming up to speed esthetic wise (they recently moved to this location 2 mos ago) but I only come for the tacos so that doesn't bother me any. Good food, fast, & friendly service. The cubano torta is also delish! They're big/filling for the price.

YES! THEY'RE STILL OPEN!! And they're as good as ever! They moved a few doors down, same plaza. The owner told me they'll be giving away free beer with certain food starting next week, while they work on their liquor license. Come git some!!

Love this place. Stumbled upon on this place about 4 months ago before they moved to their current location and couple of doors down. They are still in the renovation stage but the food is just as good and the servive is better. They have a very unique twist on tacos with a huge variation. The Texas Ranger is my favorite but I've enjoyed every single one I've tried. Today I chose a bowl and it is just as good. Check them out....you won't be disappointed. Look for Tiffany. She has a passion for making sure the customer receives top-notch service.

My mom, husband and I went out for lunch this Sunday. We're new to Irving and wanted to try something we havent seen in Fort Worth. When we walked in, no one was at the counter, we waited maybe 3-5 minutes before someone came out and took our order. We got 6 tacos, 1 bowl, 2 street corn and chips with queso and salsa for almost $90. When the chips and salsa came out, it seemed promising. The queso was good, salsa was hot and chips were okay. But when they brought out the tacos they were all cold - the meat wasnt warm at all, almost straight out of a fridge. The brisket was a single slab cut that was so tough you couldn't eat it in the taco. The Texas Ranger taco was full of meat so you had to dump it out to be able to eat it as a taco and the egg, though runny youlk, was room temp.
While we were trying to eat, the cashier sat in the dining area talking with some guy and she didnt check on us once, though the tip was prepaid at the counter. The place was dead, except for me and my family. Will not return.

Gipsy Lime is a great spot with delicious food and a welcoming vibe! We really enjoyed the flavors—fresh, well-seasoned, and satisfying. It’s a perfect place to hang out, whether you’re with colleagues after work, catching up with friends, or spending time with family. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, and the service was friendly too. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to!

While in Dallas, the Hillbilly and buddy stopped in at Gispy Lime for a quick taco.
They have moved 2 doors down from their old location, i was told.
My recommended taco was great, as was my buddy's. But the treat of the day was the Street Corn.
I think the Gipsy Lime is a great place for some good tacos.

Drove here for 30 minutes and the place is closed down.you would think they’d update their business hours to let ppl know it’s temporarily closed.
