I was so impressed with the customer service that Victor showed to us. He was very friendly and addressed the concerns that I had in a professional way and made sure I was happy with my order. I will most definitely be back. In addition I appreciate Paulo as well because he kept coming by our table to check to make sure our visit was going well and that our food was OK.

We had an excellent experience at Gloria’s. Our server, Danna, made the evening even better she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right without us ever having to ask. She checked in at the perfect times and had a great attitude the entire time. Great service like that really stands out. We’ll definitely ask for Danna next time!

I recently tried the mole dish here—and wow, it was outstanding. The flavor was deeply rich and complex, delivering an authentic taste that really stood out. The service was great. I was checked on regularly and felt well taken care of. However, I visited Gloria’s just to enjoy a few drinks. I had already eaten lunch at a nearby restaurant and stopped by to relax, listen to music, and have a couple of beers.

I sat outside, ordered a beer, then a second, and eventually a third. At that point, the waitress informed me she couldn’t serve me any more alcohol because I hadn’t ordered food. That felt a bit unreasonable to me. They didn’t know I had just eaten and frankly, that shouldn’t matter. I wasn’t being disruptive or intoxicated; I was just enjoying a few beers in a relaxed setting.

I politely asked for the check and left. I had only ordered beer, yet I was treated like I’d been taking shots or drinking heavily. It felt a little insulting. If that’s their policy, that’s fine but I won’t be returning. Thanks, but no thanks.
