Great drinks and great service. I've been to a few Gloria locations, but I prefer this one best! Right there in the music factory. You can't go wrong with their margaritas on the rocks! Best part about this place is the promptness of the staff!
I love love love Gloria's. The atmosphere is superb. Staff is very friendly. Spanish is spoken. The cocktails are yummy and the food even more. Reminds me of home.
Great food, great atmosphere, it's a special night out when you go to Gloria's. They have the best Margheritas in all the metroplex!!! They are the standard by which all Latin restaurants are measured by!!
The food was AMAZING and the service was even better. The people were really friendly, and kept checking to make sure we were okay. Mind you this is during COVID19, and they had hand sanitizers in the entrance and all the employees were wearing masks.
Went on a birthday date with my husband but as soon as we sat and ordered our drink, waiter drop the full glass of coke on my clothes and manger didn’t even bothered to do anything about the whole situation. We left from there myself covered with coke stain all over my clothes and soaking wet. It was the worst experience ever. It definitely ruined my husband’s birthday.
Today is my birthday and I took my wife and sister for dinner, we ordered a drinks and was looking for what to order for dinner. Waiter who was serving our table brought coke for my wife which she ordered and spill the whole thing on her like literally the whole glass of coke on her clothes on my birthday date. And after that they were like its ok and brought napkin to clean, one of the supervisor came and didn't even effort to say sorry or try to do something about it. So we decided to leave from there and when we were leaving the supervisor was like when you come next time I will take care of you guys. No, we will never ever go to this restaurant in my life in future after this experience on my birthday. I understand people make mistakes and it happens but this people didn't even bother to apologize after all this they were like you OK, seriously after spilling whole cup of coke on you ruined your clothes didn't affort to do anything for that mistake. We didn't even eat there we just left after this behavior from a restaurant staff. I am sure this is not the way to treat people when they come to your restaurant. Thank you for ruining my Birthday. I wish you will experience the same one day in your life.
Plantains are very delicious. Higher end South American food. Really good quality food.
[ 5 ] - Food taste, Quality, Portions [ 5 ] - Service [ 5 ] - Pricing [ 5 ] - Location, Establishment Gloria's sorry for the long over due review! You Just cannot go wrong here! I come here a few times out of the month. To be 100% honest, there is not one thing, I have experienced here that was not satisfactory. The service/waiters all all so on point. Constantly checking on you, making sure you glass is filled, you have what you need. In certain times, the manager has come by checking on each table making sure they are being well taken care of. Love the staff here, they are just very attentive. This location is in the newly created Toyota Music Fac.in Las Colinas. The inside very well decorated with abstract lines and vibe tones. Plenty of seating. Never had to wait for a table, they will get you seated. Now on to the food~ My Favorites: App: Queso Fundido with Chile Poblano. Delish! Recomm! - Carne and Pollo Guisados are delish. - Mixed Fajitas - Tamales - Agua De Horchata ( Weekend only) All food has been cooked on point, with much flavor, marinate and right out off the grill. Fajitas always sizzling. Portions are pretty decent and the pricing is actually pretty good for this area ( Las Colinas ) They bring you chips and dips ( Black Bean, and two different salsas) All so darn good. I really can't stress enough how this place never disappoints. Whenever I don't know what to eat, I hit up Gloria's as they take good care of me.
With all the craziness going on it was nice to have a good meal. Priscilla was great! Management and bartenders were great too. This is a place you visit more than once.
The Pupusa's were really tasty. Stuffed with cheese and grilled perfectly. The atmosphere is very classy and our server was great.
Gloria's is a solid 3 stars like most of the options in this strip. The food is A-ok and the margaritas are strong if you catch the right bartender. Don't travel more than 10 mins, but if you're in the area this isn't a bad option.
My plate was presented well. But I expected more with the flavor being that this place looked more upscale. Overall, this restaurant looked amazing with its decor. Nice atmosphere. And the staff was great.
Food was fine. Chicken in enchiladas was dry. Rice was good and beans were ordinary. Chips were good, and they give three dips which is nice. Atmosphere is nice.
Gloria's is our favorite brunch spot . You must try the Ginger Rita. The service is always spot on, the black bean dip is addicting. They also offer plenty of healthy choices.
I've been dinning at Gloria's for several years through out all the locations. Management is hit or miss. I have yet to have one table visit while I have been to any... I say this because I have food allergies. During my most recent visit yesterday ,I was waited on my Maria. She was excellent with making sure I was catered to with these restrictions. Food was good but the service was excellent!!!! I will return after our next concert!
I am at a lost for words. The one word that comes to mind is Fantastic. Every thing about this Gloria's was Marvelous. The chips, the service, the food, and the decor. I'm definitely going back, and I highly recommend!
This place has been consistently excellent. Margaritas are spot on. Guacamole is top notch. The Chile relleno with steak was great, and all the serving sizes were huge. You won’t go away hungry for sure.
The food was delicious and the drinks were perfect. I will continue to dine here. We had tamale and empanada and both exceeded our expectations. I had the Margarita and it was fresh and cold.
When you go to the bar at Gloria’s make sure you see Jason! He’s the best bartender EVER! Love him! Best times of my life with him at the bar.
Gloria's service was exceptional from the time we sat down until we left. The food was very good with a good variety of Mexican/ Latin food.
Great service, Roberto was so hospitable! Food was excellent and the decor was nice and modern. Would definitely return.
Four stars but the service was so slow on our recent visit I had to rate things a three. Great location next to a music venue. Alamo Drafthouse. Commuter rail and shopping / late night group hang spots. Some Denver friends moved down to DFW and while we were on a road trip back to Colorado we selected this place to stop for food and catching up. We were seated immediately even during the lunch rush. Our server dropped off menus and got us water. She quickly returned when our friends arrived to take drink orders. The same for our food orders. After we received our food we didn't see anyone. Even flagging down a member of the staff for more cocktails or the check was an exercise. Things did pick up slightly at the bar. The tables around us remained as busy as when we first entered though. Shame. Food wise everything was cooked well and flavorful. Table side chips with salsa and beans to accompany our house margaritas and sangrias. Tons of options from heartier fare to smaller items and shareable plates and dishes. Just wish the service was more attentive during the "second half." Bathrooms were clean. Bar and menu options plentiful. Apparently this is a local chain and the other locations are spot on. A few other reviews mentioned the poor service at this location. I can understand that for the weekend or a nearby event in the shopping center. For a regular Monday lunch it was unfortunately dissapoonting.
I haven't been to Gloria's for a LONG time. We decided to dine at this location before the Mannheim Steamroller 35th Anniversary Christmas Concert. For a Sunday evening, the restaurant was very busy. What amazed our party of four were seated without a wait. Our server greeted us and immediately asked if we were dining for pleasure or if we were attending the concert. We told him we did have the concert to attend but had plenty of time. I thought that was very good to know on the part of the server. He could base our ordering on our needs. Our server took excellent care of us throughout our visit. Baskets of hot tortilla chips were constantly replenished during the visit. We were greeted by baskets of hot chips, very crispy and not greasy at all. Two dips were provided, one their black refried beans and the other their salsa. Both of the dips were very good. I especially enjoyed Gloria's salsa. We also ordered queso and guacamole to share. Both were very good. The guac was nice and chunky and seasoned perfectly. The queso was good, pretty standard in taste and consistency. After looking over the menu my wife ordered chicken and spinach quesadillas and I decided on the carne asada. Both of our entrees were prepared perfectly. My wife's quesadillas were delicious and packed full of nicely smoked fajita chicken meat. My carne asada platter was good, nicely seasoned refried black beans and rice. The carne asada, accompanied by a side of chimichurri sauce was seasoned and grilled to perfection albeit on the small portion size. I asked for rare to medium-rare. Due to the thickness, or lack of thickness of the meat, it was on the verge of being well done. We'll definitely return to Gloria's again real soon and explore some additional menu options.
Great tacos al carbon are difficult to find. I have finally found some worth acquiring! Thanks Gloria's! Excellent, prompt service also
Delicious food and fun and friendly environment
Our waiter Roberto was nice and very attentive. We came here for a Girls' Night! We all got different things and we loved it! I got my signature dish (ground beef and cheese chimichanga, rice and guacamole). The restaurant is very nice. I would definitely go back!
Food was excellent. Prices were a bit steep, but not out of line for this type of place. Large party for holiday lunch. Food came out reasonably close to the same time. Attentive service.
It is just okay. The atmosphere was full of life but the food was just mediocre, nothing spectacular. The food was presented nicely, it just did not have enough flavor for me. I ordered the fish tacos and my boyfriend ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas. The steak meat was a little tough on the fajitas. The fish tacos were a little bland in flavor.
The food and drinks were okay but the customer service I received from the bartender and manager Maria Manrique on staff was below average standards. I made a respectful attempt to escalate the service/bill to the manager but was immediately disrespected and interrupted after each sentence without rationality behind what she was stating. Unfortunately, I will not choose this poorly ran establishment as my chose for dinner or drinks again.
The customer service was great. Ambience was great at the location closest to the airport. Food was decent. Lost 2 stars because the food was very salty. Had to send back some seafood, it wss not even edible. It returend still salty. Seafood was over cooked on more than one occasion.
A great for drinks before an event at the Toyota Music Factory, Gloria’s has a great happy hour selection ALL DAY Monday-Friday. If you have dietary restrictions, this is not a great place to eat, however.
Enjoyed the service and food! Would definitely recommend!
I'm usually a big fan of Gloria's but today's s visit was kind of a bummer. I've never had the huevos con brisket so I ordered it. The scrambled eggs were a little dry which would T have been a big deal if the brisket had been moist and juicy, but it wasn't. The brisket was dry too. Two dry things together plus dry chips made for a less than fantastic lunch. The servers brought out plastic cups with lids for the kids which obviously kind of insulted my 16 year old daughter. Who brings plastic cups out with plastic straws without asking first. Oh that's right, we're still in Texas where being "green" is kind of a new thing. The servers were otherwise quite pleasant. The restaurant was clean. This meal experience however was just average .
One of the best restaurants in Dallas for inventive American cuisine. Elegant, yet comfortable and warm ambience; fresh food well-prepared and beautifully presented. Excellent service. Diverse wine selection with a broad price range.
Food was very good. Service was decent and the place was packed for a concert going on next door. Overall a great experience and we would go back if attending another concert there.
This was my first time going to this new location and it did not disappoint! Great food and service! They do get pretty busy for lunch so plan accordingly.
The food is constantly fresh and tasty, employees hands over awesome service. I liked how clean it is and character. Keep up the good work.
The spinach and cheese enchiladas and house margarita was very good. The black bean dip with the chips is exceptional.
I had a wonderful dinner at Gloria's. The atmosphere was calm and inviting even on a busy night. I was seated right away and the server came shortly after with chips & salad (which was tasty) and margaritas which were nice and strong! I ordered the Grilled Salmon which was cooked to perfection and delicious. This is definitely a place you don't want to miss out on especially during All Day Happy Hour!!!
Affordable and fantastic. The service and the food were great. I will come back for sure. The Tex next was top notch!
