I recently placed an order through DoorDash and went inside to make sure I received fresh food. I explained to the cashier that on a previous visit I had received cold food and hard, inedible rolls. I even told them I was happy to wait outside for fresh items and politely asked that no old food be given.
Despite this, the cashier brought my order out within just 2–3 minutes. When I got home, I discovered I had paid for a 9-wing combo but only received 6 wings, maybe 8 fries, and everything was cold. After this experience, I probably won’t be visiting this location again.
The staff was nice but continuously giving me a bad product shows that they don't care.

I stopped by Golden Chick to inquire about catering for a party of 25 people, and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Martha, the manager. From the very start, she was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to walk me through all the options, even giving me a sample to try while sharing her recommendations.
Martha is a true entrepreneur — you can tell she knows how to run a business and how to treat her customers right. Because of her professionalism and warmth, I felt valued and appreciated from the moment I walked in.
I ended up ordering $250 worth of catering for my get-together, including chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, gravy, coleslaw, and rolls. Everything was fresh, delicious, and a hit with my guests.
Martha went above and beyond to make this an enjoyable and stress-free experience. I will absolutely be doing business with this store again — all thanks to her exceptional service!
