I want to thank the lady at the window. I'm not sure if she was the manager or the same lady that was there when I originally order. I came on 12/13 at 7:33pm. I had a special request for me food and when I made it home it was incorrect. Not only that I was unable to eat it. I was truly upset after going to another Golden Chicken a week prior getting the best service and now this disappointment. I called and voiced my concerned. This is the location that I normally go to and I must say that the food is actually hot. It could just be the times that I go or I'm just extremely lucky. The staff has always been very nice so no complaints there it's just with "ALL" fast food it can be hit or miss. This place will also cook it fresh for you if you don't mind waiting so that is a definite plus
