It's the best Cuban food I've ever had, without a doubt. The seasoning is exquisite. If you try it, you'll have to order Ropa Vieja, which is the best option with a good passion fruit juice, that's the perfect combo. The churros are highly recommended they are also well-filled with cajeta.

Tried them at the Truck Yard and the food was marvelous. Service was amazing and very accommodating.
My favorite was the fried pork (Masa de puerco). It was tender, juicy and bits of flavor a.k.a fat. The seasoning was garlicky and umami and not spicy as it is traditionally.
The rice and beans was cooked perfectly and the stuffed potatoes was perfect as an appetizer and great a beer companion.
Don’t pass on the fresh juices.
I appreciate having a food truck serving a proper meal with all the fixings and portions. I’ll need to try the Ropa Vieja next time.
