Placed an online order through their app yesterday around 1pm. Arrived at the location only to find the doors locked. When I attempted to call the restaurant to confirm if they were closed or what, no answer. People were inside though. Could not cancel my order through the app as it required me to call the restaurant but again the people inside did not answer. I have been charged for something I was physically unable to receive. I have filed a chargeback with my bank and will never give patronage to hooters in the future. Like come on if you guys are no longer open then mark yourself as closed on the app. Stealing peoples money basically.

Once again, I had to settle for this place. It was the only one close close to me, but honestly, I never like this location. The staff is always rude, which is why I’m glad they’re going out of business.👏🏽

My online order said it would be ready at 12:11 so I go in at 11:57 and my order was ready I'm like cool I don't have to wait and it's gotta be piping hot! When I get to the car and checked my food....I'm going to sum it up in 3 words: COLD, SOGGY, and Flavorless. I was so disappointed i went home and ate some Instant noodles......

Our server seemed to be everywhere but our table , never got a refill kept our change even though we were gonna tip cash im guessing she just assumed she can keep it ? Never happened to us before that was a first , food was the only good thing

David the little small guy. Disrespectful pitiful excuse for a manager. Doesn't know how to run a sports bar said they don't get the home game so I wasted my money getting there responsibly. He said yeahh customers always right. Very confrontational over a small request. Why didn't I call? When I go to kroger do I have to call to see if they have what I need. It's a service you provide when you signed the contact for that the job you some how still have. The tex mex place has the game no worries kid.

My wings that I ordered extra wet and extra crispy came out cold and very dry. My wife's fries and wings also came out room temp at best. When I asked for them to be redone they just put them in the fryer for literally 60 seconds and re sauced them. Made to order my butt.

Came in at 4:00pm on Friday on the way to DFW Airport. There were 5 people at the bar and about 5”6 in the restaurant. I saw 3 servers and a bartender and I guess a “manager” sitting at the bar. I sat at tabletop in bad and it took about 8-10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. I noticed other 2 people in bad at a table had empty glasses and the manager (assumption) sat at the bar and shot the bull with a patron the entire time I was there (about 35 minutes). Finally the bartender came around and took my order ( a beer and fried pickles). She was polite and apologized for the wait. She was pretty busy fixing drinks but nobody else seemed to be doing much of anything (manager still visiting). Bartender went to get pickles, they were fine. I see why it’s empty and I won’t be back.
This place is the worst place with ugly cockroaches looking with attitude of hell and no customer service skills at all. Please do not come here

Hooters in Irving is the worst one ever. My wife and I left cause no one attended us not even for drinks. Whoever is the manager should get fired. I hadn’t been there in a few years and it was the same. Would have been nice to see it close instead of the one in north Irving. For the record, restaurant was not busy what so ever
