Hot Breads in Irving has quickly become one of my favorite spots. The Schezwan Rice is absolutely awesome, and their Butterscotch cake is easily the best I’ve had in the Irving area. I also tried the mirchi bajji and punugulu recently — both were fresh, flavorful, and amazing. Highly recommend this place if you love great taste and consistent quality!

Worse experience. Food is completely tasteless and charging more price. $3.xx for 2 pieces of normal mirchi bajji

Went to Hot Breads for their advertised promotion that says “Snacks from 7:30 PM — Buy One, Get One Free.” But the experience was really disappointing.

When I selected my snacks, they charged me for both. And when I mentioned the offer, they suddenly said the snack I picked wasn’t included even though the sign didn’t list any exclusions. After I asked them to cancel, they reluctantly added one masala vada as the free item but with a very unhappy attitude.

If you’re going to run a promotion, either honor it properly or don’t advertise it at all. Getting annoyed at customers for simply asking about the offer is not good service. Very disappointing experience.

Placed an Uber eats order for a 2lb chocolate cake. Called to ensure the order was correct but they told me they didn't have any cakes available and had me cancel my UberEats order.

This ended up costing me $89 with UberEats. If this establishment wants to make things right, I would welcome it, but right now I'm unable to get in touch with them.

Really bad experience
I visited this restaurant hoping for a good meal, but the service completely ruined the experience. The staff member who assisted me was dismissive from the moment I arrived. She barely acknowledged me, took my order with an attitude, and acted like every request was an inconvenience.
When I politely asked about my delayed order, she responded curtly and seemed annoyed, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking.
Bad food is one thing, but bad service makes it impossible to enjoy anything. I left frustrated and definitely won’t be returning.

I walked in and the girl at the front ignored me for about 18 mins. I tried to get her attention but she kept ignoring me. I’ve never had such a bad experience before. This place has terrible service and the food was mid at best.

Not a very professional place. Food is already pre cooked. They make very large quantity of food. And freeze unused portions and then serve them next day by heating it in microwave.

They promised that they will make my dish non spicy. But when I got it and tasted it. It was. It mild. When I asked them they said that the food is already cooked. The food was not cooked on demand as per the order but they were filling the serving plate with already prepared food. Stale cold naan., ordered butter naan. But there was no butter in it. It was cold. I don’t why anyone will go there to eat.

Tried the Palak Chicken combo with chapati and Chicken Thali here! Rich flavors, tender chicken, and thali had many varieties and that’s very filling and satisfying. Highly recommend!”

Hot Breads is one of the best Indian restaurants and bakeries in Irving! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and authentic. Their biryani is aromatic and perfectly spiced, while the naans are soft, buttery, and go well with every curry. The Indo-Chinese dishes like fried rice and Manchurian are delicious and bring that real street-style taste.

What makes Hot Breads special is their bakery section — the cakes, pastries, and puffs are always a treat. The puffs are crispy and stuffed generously, and their cakes are light, creamy, and perfect for any occasion. Whether you want a quick snack, a hearty meal, or a custom cake, Hot Breads has it all.

The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the place feels welcoming every time. Definitely a go-to spot in Irving for anyone craving authentic Indian food and fresh baked goods.
