Delicious food and good ambience. Many types of food are available and I have tried few since few weeks all are good. The eggless cakes are good for taste.

The new management is good the service was great, I ordered goat fry pulav and the taste was great,also had butterscotch pastry which was soft and good totally a worthy experience

It used to be a good place to have a quick tasty food but now it is completely opposite. Dull dosa with pathetic chicken dum biryani which took so long to be served. It was our last time visiting that place yesterday .

Their cakes are nice . Reasonable price . If you want spend sleepless night try their coffee

Do not buy anything from this place. Yesterday I got veg puff around 3:15pm, they have given the rotten veg puff and I am sick since last evening. I have food poisoning- vomiting and diarrhea since yesterday evening. I got everything checked in the lab and also doctor, everything proved that food that I eat in there shop made me sick.

I went back to Hotbreads after 10 years and the food was amazing. Excellent food and great service. I highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from this bakery. We pre-ordered and paid for a cake for my son’s birthday, with a confirmed delivery time of Sep 27th 5:30 PM in Plano, TX. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver the cake, leaving us embarrassed and without a centerpiece for our celebration in front of family and friends. Despite our excitement for this special day, their lack of professionalism ruined the experience. I would strongly advise against relying on this bakery for important events.

Got take out with a boneless mutton biryani combo. Wait was perfectly reasonable. The food is hot and delicious! There were two sides, a side of naan, sauces, and sweet dessert. We also got some bakery sweets and a side of samosa! We're out of town and just decided to stop by without reading any reviews. I think if you like Indian food, have a reasonable spice tolerance, and are not in a rush, this is a wonderful establishment!!!! 5/5 stars, will definitely come back when I'm in town again!

Me and my friend went to try puff and pastries here. But when we went over there
1. they didn't care of us usually when customer comes they should be welcoming and check what they need there are 2 people in front one girl and a boy
The boy he was busy with his phone seeing some youtube videos on his phone and the girl she was just watching the songs which were playing on TV. May be this is how the owner taught them to work and treat a customers like this with full of attitude.
2. We looked out the pastries they were so dried may be its been like they kept in for a weeks and checked on to snacks section nothing was there
And asked to a girl about egg puff. She arrogantly has answered it.
3. When we entered to hot breads we got weird smell. Atleast spray some fresheners around dine in area. maintain clean

I have never ever seen such a disgusting customer service and food items

I recommend to you if you don't want to run a business just close it or sell to others.

It used to be good. Now their food has no taste. It seems like the owner doesn't care about his business or customer service anymore. Their pastries are dry with 0 taste, and all other food is taste less.

Today we went to order a Black Forest cake and after getting we opened at home and found pineapple cake .
Be careful of this People

i used to slide down the rails or try to anyway lol. the food sucks but the memories don't.
