I asked for salmon well done and it came raw. The waitress sent it back to the kitchen and they put my partially eaten salmon back on the grill however, they brought it back again and it was still raw on the inside. They then took the same partially eaten salmon and put it back on the grill. I thought that could be a health risk. So I emailed corporate but I didn’t hear back. I think that may be a health violation. I reached out to management but I never heard back. Practices like such are unhealthy so I don’t plan to go back.

I had been meaning to post about my true feelings about this mediocre at best overpriced and impossible to park at restaurant. I've been to eat many many times here as my husband works across the street in Williams Square where the Mustangs are. The staff was weird from the first impression with the little hostess girls dressed like a Robert Palmer Video (Addicted to Love) and the over priced not so great food. While plated beautifully, the taste was lacking every single time we dined here. Being in the restaurant business, I can most certainly say that for this kind of $$ the choices are endless around this area for impecable food and stellar service. Not sorry to see them go.

Creative fine dining at its best. Staff is always warm and welcoming. As a mezcal enthusiest, I really enjoy their wide selection. They dont have any gimmicky stuff created by movie stars. They carry solid batches of artisenal mezcal. Friday nights there are full of buzz and an energizing vibe that makes me want to go into the morning hours around DFW.

For the prices I expected way more than what was delivered. Food wasn't anything special, sadly. In some restaurants the service can help one ignore the lack of food quality just as poor service can take away from food quality. I'll just leave it at that. This isn't a restaurant that's on my go back to list.
