This is a fancy Mexican/Latin restaurant with an upscale version of well known dishes. The majority of the menu was seafood which I am not a fan of so I had the carne asada. The carne asada was good but came just as cut steak, no tortillas or toppings. I also got the Brussel sprouts with chorizo which were amazing. The carne asada would have been enough without the Brussel sprouts.
The place is so loud you can’t talk to the person next to you. The food was tasty but portions are small and way overpriced. The waitress would not substitute the mashed potatoes with another side.
We came here on a Wednesday night and it was absolutely packed! They give you free chips & salsa when you sit down, but the chips are like cardboard. If they had some higher quality chips, this would go a long way! Portion sizes were small and my rice was undercooked and cold. The atmosphere was great, but I wouldn’t recommend because of the food.
