Left waiting almost 30 minutes before my server came to ask my drink. When I fianly placed my order, s sandwich and frys and a side of pancakes took almost another half hour to be delivered.

I went up there Yesterday and walked in, I myself said Hi to a girl at the reception desk. She didn’t answer me so I figured they were busy .The host was qt the reception desk too with 6 other waiters/workers and not one of them even said hello. I stood right in front of them waiting to get greeted or put on the waiting list . I wish I was exaggerating, I stood face to face with them for like 7 minutes and not one of them had the decency to say a word to me or helped me out . I just grabbed my son turned around and left. This was extremely disappointing that all 6 workers and the host were standing at the reception desk with me and I couldn’t even get a “hello” . Unfortunately I left with a bad experience and choose not to go back to this location . People in the front need to be aware that they’re working a customer service job .

Me and my best friend today decided to go IHOP cuz we haven't had breakfast for a long time yes it was late in the afternoon but we are filling breakfast we get there realize that there was not a lot of people there even better we walk in soon after we would like to order because we figured out what we wanted it took a good 30 minutes for the waitress to come up actually had to go get her to get some and then we gave our order and then this gentleman come sit right by us with a unicorn of IHOP and it started playing his phone interrupting our time in dinner service really sucked the food was great though

The IHOP I knew use to have the best 🥞 ever at this place the pancakes were flat more like crepes and my food was served cold had to have the pancakes microwaved which I don't think was the server fault except I wouldn't hAve served cold food
