While on vacation we decided to try this place. Incredible!!!!!! How have we not been in an IHOP yet??? The food was beyond delicious and the waitstaff both mornings were phenomenal 😁 The coffee is good and strong ❤️

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered the Big Breakfast Burrito with no meat—clearly stated and confirmed. Yet, when I received my order, it had bacon inside. As someone who does not eat bacon, this was extremely disappointing and careless.
IHOP, this is not just a minor oversight—it’s a serious lack of attention to customer instructions and dietary preferences. What if someone had an allergy or religious restriction? This level of negligence is inexcusable.
I couldn’t even eat my food. It ruined my meal, my appetite, and my trust in your service. Please train your staff to read and respect order modifications. This isn’t just bad service—it’s a health and ethical issue.

****Update**** The general manager for this location contacted me and apologized for the issues during my visit and offered me to come in during the day for meal on them to make up for the last one I had . He was very kind and so was my waiter and the food was much better and I appreciate all the effort he went through to make me feel seen, heard, and appreciated as a customer. My rate was a 1 overall. But on this customer service and a better visit in the day at this location I am raising it. Thank you Ceasar!
Previous review. . So I really used to love IHOP back in the day but over the years, it has went downhill! At this location on 6/5/25 around 10pm to 11pm or so, the waiter/server was great but the food was not done and the cook had a horrible atttitude towards the waiter and the cook didnt seem to want to be there. I had to ask the waiter to microwave my food to cook it done, after allowing the server to take back my hashbrowns to ask the cook to cook them the way I ordered them. I didn't finish my food, I had to get out of there. Denny's will definitely be my #1 spot from now on. IHOP, you must do better.

UPDATE: I posted the Avocado Toast review 2 years ago, I came back June 11th 2025 and below was my experience.
It was my daughters 3rd birthday and I decided to take her to IHOP to celebrate. I called ahead to ask if they could sing happy birthday — I was told no, but was informed I could download the app to get a free short stack of pancakes and free ice cream. So I signed up before we arrived.
When we got there, our server didn’t know anything about the birthday offer and had to get the manager. The manager explained that in order to get the free pancakes, I needed to have been signed up for at least 15 days, which was never mentioned during the phone call but okay whatever I let it go. He said he’d give us free ice cream, okay cool.
I ordered her a cupcake milkshake that NEVER came. When I reminded the server, he apologized but we still didn’t have any water either. At that point, we just ate our food without drinks. On top of that, we never received the free ice cream that the manager also mentioned.
They did end up singing happy birthday to my daughter when the food came out, which I appreciated since I was originally told they wouldn’t do it.
Overall, the service was disappointing. Between the miscommunication, missing items, and lack of attention to detail, I don’t see myself coming back again. I do appreciate them singing to my daughter, but overall the experience was not what I had hoped for on her special day. I’m updating my review after 2 years, from 2 stars to now 1.

worse ihop service came in with my family told them the number we waited hours and they came and told us they never marked us down this whole time so we waited for nothing so we left , and they only had 2 waiters in a packed restaurant
