The IHOP I knew use to have the best 🥞 ever at this place the pancakes were flat more like crepes and my food was served cold had to have the pancakes microwaved which I don't think was the server fault except I wouldn't hAve served cold food
Worst experience at the Irving location. Waitress did not take order correctly but I paid anyway. Food was a bit cold, steak 🥩 was overcooked and cold fries. Only had coffee for 1 1/2 serving. 😔 I was upset and just wanted to leave but had to wait on my children to finish their meal.
Had to ask a waiter for refills and he had he stated that he had to get our waitress which took over 10 minutes. We also he'd to wait approximately 15 minutes to pay.

Food was amazing temp and taste. This was after a Sunday night football game and while there was not alot of customers at the time, it appeared they were experiencing longer than normal times to get orders in and out due to limited staffing. Otherwise this is a good spot to get a good meal!
