Worst place ever , been waiting for my food for over an hour 2 breakfast plates that’s it , they’re chit chatting talking giggling and definitely not cooking . I should have just stayed home and starve

Juan’s services felt like we were dining in a 5 star restaurant! He was very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed and more, like asking what creamers and flavored syrups we wanted. He made our dinner feel like an experience! We will be coming to see Juan!

Our server “Aaliyah” is the best. I always go to her because she comes with us with joy even though it gets packed she still comes to check up on us and doesn’t let anything ruin her mood or her customers

Came at close to 9 at night, and despite the slow service, my boyfriend and I had an amazing dinner thanks to our server Juan. His kind heart and hard-working nature made him a pleasure to talk with, and he helped us customize our orders to give us the best meals possible.

The reason for the updated review. I've come to this IHOP all the time but recently moved away. I came into town yesterday and was hoping for the same experience. I have to say with only have 2 employees the cook and Juan there I was surprised. Poor staff had no support and food took a while. This is nothing on the staff. The GM or any other manager should have known they were short staffed and stepped up to help on some way shape or form. Juan saw me come in, greeted me right away and let me know the food would be a bit longer. I know places are short staffed but the managers and GM should always step up when low on staff. But THANK YOU Juan for busting your back to take care of the tables you had and the other togo orders to keeping me updated on the status and how apologetic you were throughout the whole process! Keep doing what your doing.
