Every time I come this way, my urge for a quick bite always leads me to In-N-Out. I love the simple menu and the delicious burgers. The staff is always busy like bees but manages to keep smiles on their faces. The drive-thru window is the busiest, but it only took about 10 minutes to get my lunch. I also appreciate that the prices remain affordable. It’s always a satisfying experience.
So gross. Animal style didn't help just made it look like vomit of the already gross burger.

In and Out is usually On Point. Tonight they really missed the mark. I think the burger was over cooked or sat for awhile before they served it to me. Fries were under-whelming and room temp. Customer service was good per usual. Always service with a smile. I tried to order an extra beef patty for my dog but the cahier either didn't hear me or understand what I was asking. I'm glad this wasn't my first time trying in and out. I'll give this location another shot before I write them off.
Parking: Parking is difficult because the drive thru lane wraps around the building and makes it hard to pull in or out of many of the parking spots. Choose wisely if you decide to eat inside.

They treat walk-in customers so bad. You wait 20 mins for a burger. They prioritize the drive through. It's In and Wait. It's ashame because it happens everytime.

Visited In&Out today and was very disappointed 😞!! I went through the drive-thru and ordered a double combo.
When I got home, I had a single with an overcooked thin burger patty and the fries were also overcooked and partially burnt. The oil obviously had not been changed in a while as it made the fries taste bitter.
This was my 2nd time at In&Out Burger because I don't care for their fries which should compliment the burger. They taste dry in the middle and are less than flavorful.
The only positive comment I can say was the lettuce was fresh and crisp.
This place is overrated! They should really offer onion rings as an option to their terrible fries! Ugh!!!
The only reason I went there is because I had a gift card.

First time at an in and out. Gotta say great food for the price. Also everyone there was smiling and seemed super happy to he there, which is just super unusual to see at a fast food place. They must pay there people right because they all seemed to really like there job. There was about 12 cars ahead of me and I was in line for maybe 10 minutes. Crazy good food stellar service.
