They never have shakes in this place.. I have come mornings, noons, nights and never have shakes.. I guess they dont have money to buy a shake machine.. shame on you Jack in the box

Do not order at night, cause we had to wait 7 minutes for the Order Taker to take our order, but when we went to the delivery window, it took 10 who minutes, AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE WORKER THERE, I had to get my little brother some tiny tacos, not spicy, BUT WHEN WE GOT HOME, IT WAS THE SPICY TINY TACOS.

First issue -I ordered trough the website first online delivery once and I never got my order never got refunded 20$ down the drain I still go to it because it’s close to my house second issue - home style ranch combo burger usually has way more bacon than this and I asked for no tomatoes…yeah they still added them…..count your mf days

I never give reviews on places I go to but I just got food from this place the burgers they gave us smelled so bad and it was cold asl. I wish I was able to share the smell that came from them. It smelled rotten and like feet I was throwing up before I even open it.
Order my food through the jack in the box app and didn’t get my order right. I went back in to tell the lady its not right. She kept saying it is but I showed her that it supposed to be two of this set and she still didn’t believed me. She even called her boss and he said the same thing. Well there both wrong because when I reorder it I got the same thing but paid double the first time! This is ridiculous. It was a waste of money and it didn’t even taste good! She didn’t even apologize or ask for a refund after! Worse customer service ever!

Burger all bad they don't give spicy sauce for the tacos when you ask for the sauce they get angry they were wrong with my ode and they wanted me to pay for a new one I will never return to this place 4 ketchup for 6 tacos and a hamburger and 2 large fries and they didn't give me sauce spicy and poorly covered drinks I had to wait 15 minutes low quality place

I visited on January 15th, in the early evening. I have never been to this location before but I ordered 4 tacos with extra lettuce. Around 2:30am, it was a wrap!!! I'm throwing up and running to the bathroom as well. Yeap, you guessed it, Food Poisoning‼️ I never think to read reviews for fast food places, as common as this chain. But do yourself a favor and READ THE REVIEWS‼️
