Food was not what was expected did not bacon and extra pickles like I asked i had to add the pickles at home and when asked for sweet tea the tea had no sugar was not sweet at all and there was no tacos available and the employee didn't give a receipt,
My sandwich was reheated very greasey fries are cold And the soda machine needs to be cleaned can taste in the soda. Disappointed

Jack in the box is 24 hours, get place to go when nothing else is open at night. So many food to choose from

This jack in the box is giving everything more expensive than the others Jack in the box around.. two tacos for $1.99 and the jack in the box by occonor and union bower are two tacos for $1.69.

Went to Jack in the Box and, once again, had the pleasure of dealing with Alma. I ordered a Breakfast Jack and a sausage croissant, then asked if I could swap the Breakfast Jack for a loaded croissant instead. She repeated it back — “Switch the Breakfast Jack to a croissant?” — and I said yes. Simple, right?
Apparently not. I get to the window, and she gives me a total that includes both croissants and the Breakfast Jack I clearly asked to remove. I reminded her I asked for it to be taken off, and she hit me with the most dramatic sigh like I’d just ruined her whole day. Then, in the most annoyed voice, she goes, “Breakfast Jack off?” like I hadn’t just said that already. I said yes again, and without another word she just says “OK” and shuts the window like I committed a crime.
Alma always acts like she’s the main character in a TV show where customer service is optional. This isn’t the first time she’s had an attitude, and I doubt it’ll be the last. I know management won’t care — but customers should. You’re not doing anyone a favor by showing up to work with an attitude.

I ordered jumbo drinks but their system messed it up and they tried to give me smalls instead. I told them “no, I ordered jumbo.” She proceeded to argue with me about it, saying “I don’t need your attitude” and then tried to make me pay for their system mess up. Even showing her my phone she tried to argue with me about it. It wasn’t until the manager came up, took photos of my order on my phone, and then I got what I originally ordered and had paid for.
While I was eating I found a piece of plastic in my taco.

I had a long wait time for my four tacos and 2.00 chicken sandwich. Then she goes on to make me pay for one extra buttermilk sauce but jams all this hot sauce and ketchup in my bag that I didn't even ask for. Sorry but RIDICULOUS

Fries and onion rings were burnt food overall was lacking
I had never been to this location but I was in town and craving Jack In The Box and they did not disappoint. They were fantastic! One of the best Jack in the Box restaurants I have ever been to!
