Then ordered a cheeseburger combo, The total came out way higher than it should’ve been. She then told me sorry that cheeseburger on the menu doesn’t come with cheese. She has to add cheese to the cheeseburger, which was like two dollars more bad experience.

One star u guys the damn drink ya don't check if the soda machine dispensing only soda no syrup on the damn machine just ordered two combos and the drink one starred u guys the ladies on the drive thru going quick with the service but the drink messed it all up for you jack the food was fresh but the drink jack the drink... 😞

I wish I could leave no stars because they charged way too much for the food and didn’t and put anything on my chicken sandwich this place is such a rip off. I went back up there and they said they couldn’t refund or give me another sandwich. This place is a waste of time and whoever Vanessa is up there got really horrible customer service and unprofessional telling me I can tell corporate about how bad she is at her job

Seriously 5 small fries for $4? Please do better… lady at the front got my order wrong 3 times! I repeated the order to her at least 4 times! But since she wants to be talking to everyone instead of doing her job right, she kept getting the order wrong. She just kept saying “you should of told me”, like YES I did! Several times, it is not my fault she was not paying attention.
I hope I get a call back from one of the manager, general manager or owner .Jack in the box on Irving boulevard and story road was the best place to get your fast food in the evening hours I don't know what's going on now but it is about 8:00 p.m. and this is my second time this week and they suck The egg rolls are so oily I know it ain't the same person cooking them that used to work there before

They be make you reverse your car at the drive window and she’ll tell you when to go forward. Sometimes I can tell the car behind is confused as to why I’m not at the window haha idk
